I would like there to have been some small pots of milk in the room. Having to buy your own milk and carry it round with you is not something I would expect.

Great connection to the center of Manchester. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the bus stop and stores. It's easy to get to Old Trafford. Lovely host who makes sure everything is nice and tidy.

Was perfect, nothing to dislike.

Just lovely, stones throw from Manchester, near the buses, shops, nice quiet street and the best nights kip have had in a very long time. Judy the landlady was also amazing and gives you a huge welcome and couldn't be more helpful even offering to meet me to find the location of the guest house.

The only minor criticism is there was no milk with the tea and coffee in the room.

Nothing, as i said above a nice friendly face to give me my keys and show me to my room and say " have a good stay " that was good enough for me,thats all i ask for when i book affordable accomadation.

It was place to stay the 2 nights i attended in Manchester giving me an affordable room both nights and there was someone there to great me and show me to my room when i arrived which was comforting after a long journey and a long weekend ahead rather than the nasty surprise off an APP i dont have to unlock the door with which has happened elsewhere.

I wasn’t quite aware beforehand that the host would be in the property during our stay, but this was not an issue, just a surprise. A bath mat for the bathroom would’ve been appreciated, as well as some amenities such as extra toilet roll. This was only a problem near the end of our stay however, and I’m sure Judith would have been willing to help.

Judith was an excellent host who was very attentive to us during our stay. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and located very conveniently. Beds were plush, and there was great ventilation.

The room wasn't clean at all, lots of dust across the windowsill, skirting boards etc. The room was hot even though it was only ~11 degrees outside, there was no air con (despite this being mentioned in the listing), so we had to open the window but this caused the door to bang throughout the night. Our room was next to the bathroom and the walls are paper thin, meaning we could hear people brushing their teeth or going to the toilet. The bathroom and our room had a glass panel above the doors so when the landing or bathroom light was switched on we were disturbed by this. We were not offered the use of the kitchen area, only our room and the bathroom.

Lovely welcome from the host. The street was quiet.
