Carpet in our room was a little dated and worn.

The room was cold, the staff was in bad mood all the time. Not even water on the rooms.

the room was a bit scoffed, it looked dirty. The door was not soundproof, you could hear almost everything outside. Breakfast was a bit too expensive for the quality offered.

- no body cream and no conditioner - curtains old/ damaged - some of furniture also damaged - no usb - some light bulbs were not working ( but still enough light, no problems)

Only thing was the room was quite bare. But I guess the minimalistic/clear look is fashionable. I thought there was no tea/kettle as this is usually out on the counter. It was tidied away.

A lovely hotel situated a few hundred yards from Gloucester Road station and ideally situated for the museums. We had a lovely room with a huge bed. Definitely stay here again

Air con in our room didn’t work and resulted in 2 really uncomfortable nights unable to sleep. Also found a vape cartridge on the floor on our second day, neither of us vape.

Bathroom needs a makeover mainly the floor tiles as we're cracked and chipped in parts Sensor on ceiling flashes a red light on and off during the night and found it hard to sleep with it

The staff attitude ( they should receive some training in customer services and how to deal with guests). We ordered room services food ( two burgers , house salads , and Chicken masala ) the food was cold, and old -65£ ). Our Room was city view and the gave us street view when I talked to the lady in the reception she said this is the only room available and you lucky to have this !! She sound Like she is the one paying for my room 😅.. overall is not bad hotel but I have bad experience and for such price I could get better place with better attitude..

Nothing to complain about. The only challenge is I could not use the running machine in the fitness suite as I'm 6f4in and head hit the ceiling when trying to run 🤣

I was somewhat disappointed by the fact that, although I have left the related sign on my door, the rooms has not been done in the morning. The chambermade came only late in the afternoon, when I was back to my rom and I wanted to rest.

Communal areas, corridors need updating and could do with a vacuum and a bit more attention

Location for attendance at Royal Marsden Hospital is very good as it is a 10 minute walk. The staff at this hotel are excellent and very polite and friendly The linen is very clean It is quite good value for money overall and good for this solo purpose.

Morning housekeeping very very noisy, not observant of guests with the noise and talking from very early - I have never known this before

The breakfast was horrible. All the hot goods were over warmed and didn’t taste very good. The coffee was cold. So overall very disappointing and not worth the money.

Airco / heating in the room very very noisy, decided not to use it.

Breakfast offers good choice of food and bevs and fair service. The Bar is offering fair choice of drinks and food for a quick bite ; personnel is always kind and polite and attentive. Courtesy newspaper (FT) in the lobby a plus
