The staff attitude ( they should receive some training in customer services and how to deal with guests). We ordered room services food ( two burgers , house salads , and Chicken masala ) the food was cold, and old -65£ ). Our Room was city view and the gave us street view when I talked to the lady in the reception she said this is the only room available and you lucky to have this !! She sound Like she is the one paying for my room 😅.. overall is not bad hotel but I have bad experience and for such price I could get better place with better attitude..

I was somewhat disappointed by the fact that, although I have left the related sign on my door, the rooms has not been done in the morning. The chambermade came only late in the afternoon, when I was back to my rom and I wanted to rest.

Communal areas, corridors need updating and could do with a vacuum and a bit more attention

Location for attendance at Royal Marsden Hospital is very good as it is a 10 minute walk. The staff at this hotel are excellent and very polite and friendly The linen is very clean It is quite good value for money overall and good for this solo purpose.

Breakfast offers good choice of food and bevs and fair service. The Bar is offering fair choice of drinks and food for a quick bite ; personnel is always kind and polite and attentive. Courtesy newspaper (FT) in the lobby a plus

Be aware: Some of the rooms are very noisy. I first got room 598, which was close to the AC-fans. Terrible noise. Like an airplane over your head. I changed the room straight away, and the new room was very good 😀

I had a dirty bathroom when i arrived, a used garbage bin, hairs and a stain on the door. They sent someone to clean the bathroom. This was my second stay in the hotel so i wasnt expecting a dirty bathroom.

Window mechanism too complex to open! Bathroom somewhat small and bath difficult to access. Biggest issue is the closure of Humphrey's bar at 11........ would have liked to used this facility for longer after we returned from concert but instead we were rushed to finish our drinks.

Club room was a good size. Breakfast was extensive and not rushed. Free water appreciated. walkable distance to Albert Hall.

WiFi access private room ONLY worked for Android or Apple devices. Unable to connect Amazon tablet and Nintendo switch. The hotel sent us a tech guy which was not able to fix the issue. There was an unlocked utility door with access to cavity of the wall and all various pipes. Not the highest safety standards we would expect.

Hotel location is very handy. Hotel was clean and staff polite.

The room was unclean. There were paint like stains on the tiles in the bathroom. The carpet looked unvaccuumed. The sink didn't drain properly. We were advised we had been upgraded to a room with a larger bed. Was still only a queen size bed and there was no couch or chairs.

Most of the plug sockets didn't work. Couldn't charge phone on bedside table or have 2 of the lamps on. Bathroom radiator didn't work. Bathroom door hook was missing as was door stop. Maintenance crew came in at 9 am to fix I'm not sure what because nothing was fixed, whilst we were still in bed which was a bit strange
