Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FrancePlease, please, please, put a folding table and folding chairs in the living area so that visitors can eat sitting up rather than trying to meet on the low sofas either on a tray or just on the low coffee table which is incredibly uncomfortable. It lets down an otherwise excellent place to stay.
I have stayed this apartment several times, and the one below, which is very similar. it is consistently cleaned to a high standard and is close to a local superstore, several takeaway food outlets and has private parking. I enjoy it for a weekend break when I am in the area for an event. The decor is airy, all of the crockery and cutlery is in good order (although a few classes were not properly cleaned this time), and the furniture is of a good standard in good condition.

United KingdomThe only thing I would say is there was no drying rack for washing but the tumble dryer was nice and fast, some clothes weren’t tumble dryer friendly but I’m sure if you messaged they would get back to you to help!
Everything looked exactly like the photos, everything was clean and presented well. It felt homey, was a 5 minute walk from Lidl and was also close to Tescos. Everything was close by and if we wanted to chill out we would watch Netflix. The use of facilities were up to date, they provided soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, kitchen roll even salt and pepper! - rarity!

FranceThe Internet is too slow and weak. I could not get a signal in bed and suspect that the Internet box is downstairs. The biggest criticism (which I think I've made before) is that there are no chairs in the property or any form of table on which to eat comfortably. The sofas are low and unsupportive and the coffee table is also low and not suitable for normal eating. I would strongly suggest that the owner sacrifices a little of the lounge area by putting in a breakfast bar as a return on the last kitchen unit, creating. a semi-enclosed space and provides a couple of stools or chairs (which may be folding) so that at least two people can sit down to eat.
I have stayed at the downstairs property before so knew more or less what to expect. I like the fact that one can park the car immediately outside of the property, off the road. The place was spotlessly clean, there was plenty of tea coffee, sugar and condiments ready for use together with 2 L of milk in the fridge. Everything works and is to a very good standard. Good quality liquid soap and shampoo was available for use together with cleaning materials and products. Nice to have a smart TV with access to Netflix and other online services. The great thing about the location is that there is a large Tesco supermarket within two minutes walk, and a good Chinese takeaway around the corner! It's also very good for motorway access and other boring stuff like that.

The property is extremely neat and tidy, with good furnishings. Beds were super comfortable. really enjoyed our stay.

New ZealandEverything about the accommodation was great, although when downstairs was occupied (for only 2 or 3 nights of our 5 night stay) their sound travelled into the upstairs apartment. I was really conscious of this and tried to be very quiet so we didn't disturb them in return. The need to email identification after booking seemed an unusual extra step.
Fantastic facilities - fresh / new, clean, warm and well appointed. Being given a lock box code the day before made our arrival and check-in really simple. The location just a few minutes walk from Three Bridges station was great - could get to London in 40mins. Having a Tesco Extra & Lidl both close by was also great - a quick walk and we could grab anything we needed.
