Everything was fine for me and my friends.

We were doing the C2C and it was the best hotel. Very comfy, they help us with the bikes. Amazing breakfast... Special mention for Georgia who help us in the breakfast (we were 6 and we were quite annoying asking her a lot). She answered and resolve everything with a smile and she didn't complain. Thank you Georgia ❤️

The only thing I can say is that I couldn't figure out how to get the shower a bit cooler. Everything else was wonderful.

Booking and communication was very easy. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The attached pub and restaurant was lovely with great staff and food. The menu was extensive.

Lovely welcome on our next to last leg of C2C Hadrian's Wall bike ride. Bikes stored, booked in and 2 pints of Guinness pulled within 5 minutes of arrival. So welcoming! Restaurant table booked and our evening meal was perfect following a long day on the bikes. Comfy room, great breakfast, great value. Perfect!

Trivial but for the size of the shower, a bigger shower head but with more pressure, if possible.

From arriving, the property was welcoming. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was amazing. Plenty of choice. Reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious, clean, tidy & very comfortable.

The only negative I had is a weak shower which was strange as the tap in the sink had plenty of pressure?

Firstly I must thank Ginger Ninja, Turkey Tit's and Stuble's (God I hope that sticks) for there amazing hospitality, they truly maid my visit one to remember. Fun genuine people who do there jobs perfectly and still find time to make strangers feel like friends. As for the accommodation - Large clean and comfortable room attached to an great restaurant the breakfast was especially good. On a final note, I can stay in 4 hotels in a week due to work and I always use Premier in as a baseline when comparing accommodation and this place was great. My only regret is I won't be working in that area again.

Wanted to stay longer!!

Michaelangelos is our home from home. We’ve stayed many times and we are always super excited. It’s clean, comfortable and such a lovely atmosphere. The food is amazing and the staff are just brilliant.

Motel style rooms makes it easy to take pet out for walks. Dog-friendly bar and restaurant and they even cook Casper a sausage for breakfast! Great food and plenty of it and very welcoming staff.

As this place is a very popular venue for celebrations its not peaceful at weekends and although the accomodation is set apart from the main building, the revellers spill outside and can be a disturbance until closing time.

The room was a good size on the ground floor close to the parking. The bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant serves great food. Above all Michaelangelo's is dog friendly.

Friendly staff,food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Room was warm and clean .Saw michelangelos on The Hotel Insector tv show was overnight stay on way back from Scotland. Will return if Newcastle way again. Would highly recommend
