Great location near to Llandeilo. Very large room and comfy bed. Very clean. All you needed in the room. Nice continental breakfast.

breakfast was a bit minimal and there were no many options. the place is far from the centre of Brecon Beacons and from some of the main attractions in the area.

good value for money, good size room with private bathroom. The owner was available and able to buy 1 oat milk, a couple soy yogurts and 1 veg butter as we explained we cannot eat milk. Less expensive than many other places

Kitchen was a little confusing weren't aure if we were allowed to use the oven facilities or not. Could do with a piece of paper just explaining the can dos of the kitchen .

Beds were very comfortable rooms were huge and pricing was better than could've asked for.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. No toiletries in the bathroom, so best to bring some with you.

Clean, good location. The Breakfast is a continental self service which we knew before as we had read the reviews - this was fine for us. The lady setting it up was friendly. Overall I would say it was value for money and pleased with cleanliness in the room.

Some more control over the heating would be useful as the top twin room was very hot, and some more info regarding the shower as the water was cold as soon as you put the water on, i wasn't really sure which way to turn the controls to achieve the temperature I wanted

Lovely location, very easy to find, and the proximity to shops/takeaway food/meals was very useful. Breakfast was great, although some labels on the cupboards to find items would be useful. Great communication from the owner regarding keys and how to find our room, a little odd not to see anyone but that didn't really damage our stay.

Great kitchen /diner which was clean and well equipped. Bedroom was spacious and had a shower as we requested. Location meant that we could walk into Llandeilo or go to a nearby pub. The breakfast option to help yourself was plentiful and varied.

There was no milk available in the room and no-one to speak seek advice from. I did arrive very late in the evening.

The room we stayed in needs some small finishing touches, but this didn't detract from our enjoyment of the place. An oil heater was provided for those chillier nights.

Wonderful place to stay, great location, quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious. The dogs were welcomed too. Lovely to eat breakfast in the communal kitchen, which gave opportunity to meet and chat with other guests. We would most definitely come back here again, next time bringing more family or friends as there are five great rooms to stay in.

The kitchen area was clean and extremely well stocked. We were free to help ourselves to food in our own time, which was very helpful for our family . The family suite was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of space for us to stretch out and sleep comfortably. Although we didn't see any staff, Gaina responded extremely quickly to any queries .Location was very convenient for where we needed to be ; unfortunately we did not have time to explore the area as we were travelling further on the next day. Would certainly return in order to explore the beautiful surroundings more fully another time. Many thanks for a great stay!
