Nothing that we didn't like really. The room furnishings were quite basic but exactly what you would expect for university hall accommodation so no complaint at all.

The room was clean and spacious with a great view. The shared bathroom was clean with individual complete shower capsules. There was a great selection at breakfast and gluten free was very well catered for, even down to a separate toaster.

Clean, the location was perfect, breakfast had so many options (gluten and vegetarian alternatives) and the room was a good size. The common room has a vending machine and staff friendly. Perfect place to stay for solo travellers

There was a common room with a piano in it, and I heard someone playing it, but when I went in later it had a lock on it. Not sure what their policies were for the piano, but maybe they could post a sign saying how and when to play it?

The location was good, and the staff were friendly. My room and bed were comfortable, and there was a kettle with tea, coffee, and shortbread available. The complimentary breakfast was delicious--so many options to choose from!

Breakfast very good if you like a typical fry up! We don't and the choices were not great, very few berries and nuts and they ran out during breakfast. No scrambled egg, only fried or boiled and no grilled tomatoes or mushrooms

Due to flight delays we arrived at about 10pm but volunteer warden appeared quickly and we were booked in straight away

Only criticism is the room lacked decent ventilation in warm (20') nights, window opening restricted to a couple of inches and with fresh air the only air con it got hot and stuffy in the room.

A superb location, beautiful view of St Andrews bay from the room. Efficient and friendly staff, all you could want for breakfast. Street (free) parking near and readily available end of June. Love St Andrews and its chilled but chic vibe.

Was fine for us not handicapped accessible.

Location is perfect, staff were super kind and helpful, we’re not used to shared bathrooms but it was clean well lit and just like our college days in the dark ages. Breakfast wow easy to understand the freshman 15!

Only one women’s toilet/shower on ground floor (as unisex facility) compared with a men only room with three showers and toilets. That said, I didn’t have to wait to access. My two adult children found the beds somewhat uncomfortable.

Nothing. Everything was great.

It was central to all of the attractions, very close to the bus station. The common room was well equipped with games and was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was superb. The room was spacious for a single person, and the bed was comfortable. The basin in the room was handy.
