Uncomfy bed , too big pillows. experienced significant noise from the neighboring rooms (laundry machine noise etc). Needs better soundproofing.

Had a small issue with login code and power but both were handled unbelievably quick through their chat. I didn’t even need to be there for the power fix and was able to make my dinner reservation and come back to it go fixed. Delivery trucks can get a bit noisy, but that’s London for you.

The location is perfect. My second stay there. Easy connect to St. Pancras by public transport or cheap Uber. Access to amenities like luggage storage and gym/sauna at Leonardo is a big plus! Clean and very well maintained. Superb customer service.

The "Studio" was very compact like a hotel room. An easy chair or sofa would have been nice but there was no space.

Perfect location,near St Paul's Cathedral but in a quiet historic backstreet. Great to be able to open the windows and hear the bells of St Paul's, but with them closed it was perfectly quiet even with a busy little pub opposite.

No window!!! Perhaps it was written in the description but I didn’t see it. I was very unhappily surprised when I arrived. The Master Team was courteous and quick to respond when I asked if there was another room available. Unfortunately, there was not.

The studio was beautifully done, comfortable and very well equipped. The layout was functional and lighting good and there were plenty of outlets.

Location is central and lively pubs nearby, had fun. Room is clean and facilities are more than enough. Hosts were helpful when we need anything.

Nothing - it was perfect for my purposes.

I liked their thorough communication and instructions via WhatsApp with the door and room key codes. They kept on checking in to ask if everything was ok. Really enjoyed the experience with them.

Different with no front desk or staff on site other than the room cleaning service. No freezer in the fridge or ice machine on site and nowhere in the area to purchase. Had to go to a nearby hotel to ask for it (but was given some).

The location was central to all areas of London in a quaint area that was clean and attractive. Coffee, pubs and some restaurants close by. The access code for the main entrance and room worked fine although I was a bit concerned because of our late night arrival.

No fan in bathroom, bathroom mirror makes bathroom super hot (de misting mirror), shower leaked, no decaf coffee pods, towels super fluffy - had fluff everywhere all day! Usually happens when cheaper towels.

Great location, had everything you would need in the room, easy to connect to the tv via casting if you have Netflix, prime, YouTube, etc. nice not having a key or card, just had a code for the front door and room door. Aircon worked well, room was quiet, didn’t hear a thing! Bed was very comfy, pillows were alright. Would stay again
