Just the parking near the house is a bit tricky but its to be expected in a little fishing village and in some ways it added to the quirkiness!

I missed the fact that linen and towels werent included when I booked but sorted these out with Annie later.. I would have prefered everything included in the rates, even if higher to cover these. the toilet and bath are on the third second floor.. wasnt a problem for us but the stairs may prove challenging for some

Very cute cottage, cosy and comfortable.. the location was great too.. seconds from all the restaurants around the harbor. Annie is a great host and accessible for any requirements.

Annie was extremely helpful and very quick to reply to query messages. The cottage was really comfy, cozy and clean, we felt really at home. The location is fabulous and the recommendations of places to eat were spot on. It was great to be able to have our dogs with us and all the places we ate were dog friendly including rockfish. We would love to return at some point in the future.

Stayed here as a birthday treat for my partner's mother.There is nothing not to like about this charming cottage. Warm, comfortable. Lovely decor .Exposed brickwork in some rooms, adding to the character of the place. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, lovely spacious bathroom, shower lovely good flow and temperatures, also has spa bath. Great lo cation, overlooking the harbour, close to local shops, bars and restaurants. Over the road from an excellent fish restaurant, which does the most beautiful meals. Didn't meet the Hosts Annie and Andrew, but plenty of friendly texts to greet us. Milk left in the fridge for us to have a cuppa on arrival. Also teabags, coffee provided and there ready for us to use. Toiletries provided and also games, dvds there for anyone to use. Good instructions on how to get to property and where to park. These hosts go the extra mile for their guests, my partner's mum left her watch behind and they kindly agreed to post it back to us.

Beautiful quirky cottage, so cosy. We arrived on a cold January evening. The cottage was beautiful and lovely and warm. Great location. We loved the dining room on the first floor. Great view of the harbour while having your breakfast. Bedrooms cosy and comfy beds.

Stairs are quite steep but once you get the hang of it they are fine.

The seagulls squawking, no one can do anything about that though! Take earplugs for night sleeping!

The Fisherman's cottage was delightful. In a perfect location with nice views upstairs. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds really comfortable. We paid extra to have the bedlinen and towels provided which was helpful. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Although the parking is a distance away, we were able to unload our luggage close by, then my son took the car to the dedicated parking space. Brixham Harbour is a beautiful place with many good restaurants, shops and bars. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing to grumble about, we had a lovely stay.

The cottage is quirky and quaint yet clean, cosy and well-equipped. Our hosts were attentive and made us feel very welcome, providing us with everything we needed to settle in quickly after a long journey.

As we are a litttle older we found the stairs hard on our knees at times, but we knew they were there and it was our choice to go with them, so not a problem

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the harbour. Plenty of bars and restaurants with great choice. The transport links to vist Torquay or Kingsmear/Dartmouth were easy. Most of all the cottage was so comfortable, a real home from home. Loved it

As I said, the cottage was absolutely perfect. The only negative was the steep steps up to the cottage , being disabled was a little difficult but we simply took our time up the steps and we were fine .
