Had to buy more toilet roll as they only left one. No "welcome pack".. it was mentioned in the brochure in the apartment, as "included in the price".. messaged hosts but got no answer..

Lovely apartment, good location, 5 mins walk to beach. Nice bathroom, comfy bed.. very light and airy.. fab window seat..

Not totally clean - cobwebs & dusty.as well as stained sofa. 3 sachets of coffee & 2 teabags is not enough for two people for 4 days! The photo on booking.com & previous reviews imply there used to be a welcome pack but not anymore! The Internet was patchy & the TV had to be retuned twice. Also, there was no charger for the Bluetooth speaker which was a bit annoying.

Flat was very big, nicely decorated and good location. Parking permit was helpful. Comfortable & warm. Scarborough Monopoly was fun

Very relaxing quiet flat , comfy bed , lovely bath and shower. The dog loved the window seat . Location excellent only a few mins walk to peasholme park and not far to walk into town down the castle footpath .

Lot of noise from neighbours including a howling dog,but to be fair that wasn't the fault of the owners.The flat needed cleaning it was dusty and hairs in the shower.The entrance hall is grotty and we couldn't unlock the door when we arrived.

The general area around the apartment building is quite run down. The communal parts of the apartment building give a poor impression with no lighting in the entrance hall and the stair lights only work via sensor when you are actually on the steps. This is a pity because inside the apartment it is lovely and nothing like the communal area. A parking permit is provided by the hosts but the cleaner forgot to leave this so we had to contact the host to rectify. Aaron was very responsive but it was late the following morning when the permit arrived. The apartment has nice complimentary toiletries but there was no welcome pack (tea, milk etc) which would have been appreciated. There is, however, a late night shop 100 yards away which sells most things you might need.

Excellent convenient location. 10 minute walk from town and the south bay area and just a few minutes walk to North Bay beach. Short walk to the Open Air Theatre (the reason for our visit). Apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was ample permit parking space.

When we arrived the apartment wasent ready though we were early but was told if keys were in box we could go in didn’t end up getting in till 4 and had still not been cleaned was a bit of a disappointing start to out holiday.We also noticed we didn’t have a welcome pack and past guests had Received one

Upon entry was a very strong odour which we established may be coming from a locked cupboard in the hallway.For for a three day stay more towels would have been appreciated.

Very minor but no facility to charge our electric toothbrushes. That's all, everything else was superb.

The standard of the accommodation was excellent. The location was perfect for all local attractions. We were really impressed with the overall quality and decoration of the apartment.
