Amazing. It was bigger than expected- we didn't use the 2nd floor! Beds really comfortably, amazing kitchen that we loved and cooked our Christmas Dinner with. Was a perfect Christmas stay. The location was excellent, e scootered into Newcastle and did a bar crawl back. Would love to stay again.

Did notice that there was quite a bit of dust around and the glass on staircase needs a good clean - shows finger prints all over in the sunshine. I've got OCD so most people wouldn't notice and it didn't spoil our stay - and I am a housekeeper in a stately home.

Location was great and near enough to walk into town via the Quayside Quirky touches in the house. Comfy sofas, well equipped kitchen.

Possibly the best apartment I've stayed in on booking.com. Really nice touches like bikes, dressing gowns, bottle of wine. The place was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Nice quite area too. Would highly recommend.

What is there not to love. From comfortable Home from Home living to views from every floor. Clean spacious property, giving a premium stay at a fair rate. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone looking to relax and unwind. If you stay, you must visit the little coffee shop on the Marina such amazing food and so pleasant.

We loved everything!!

Myself and my husband loved the home it beautiful, well kept and had everything you could need... better than we anticipated. The chocolates and wine where a lovely gesture and the jacuzzi bath was fabulous, home was cosy and bed was very comfy.... wish we had booked an extra night!!

Bath towels a bit small. Light switches were a bit difficult until you got used to them. The diagram provided was good, but we were supposed to be able to turn on all the lights using the centre button and this didn't work, which added to the confusion when we first arrived. Once we got used to the light switches it was fine. If the walk in shower was on maximum flow it flooded the floor outside the shower area so we used the shower in the en suite bathroom.

Great location and we really enjoyed the city. We met the cleaner on our way out and she was very pleasant.

I thought due to an issue with my phone I couldn’t contact the owner. My daughter late plan arrived from Sweden, same day as we arrived from Malta to see my sister whom just lost her daughter. I thought I had full use of the home and intended to let the owner know next day. Just after breakfast he rudely banged on the door and remonstrated that there was 3 of us and it’s not a party house. I explained I had tried calling and the issue with the chip I bought . He said I had to pay 350 pounds extra for my daughter. This led to issues with info for a IMT from Australia. I did the transfer on the Friday night and Monday morning got a message I had to contact the owner as the money wasn’t received. I attached an email with a copy of the transfer and said if it wasn’t received by late afternoon I would contact my bank. Money received later that day , no apologies. I would not use them again. They have cameras at both entrances ok against thieves but felt after the first incident where else are cameras. My daughter whom is a very quiet person felt threatened when he entered the home and with his initial attitude even though I offered to pay in cash. Not a pleasant experience and as said would not hire again on future annual trips to the UK.

I liked the location. The home was clean and looked after.
