Walls are paper thin. First night, the people staying upstairs were blaring music up until 2 am. I could hear them moving furniture, their loud music and their conversations as if I was in the room. Not to mention the other disturbing noises being hollered until 2 am which made the first night VERY uncomfortable.

The building is so nice and modern! The room was comfortable, clean and of high specs. Shower was incredible. I found the breakfast really well thought out, especially not having a kitchen, it was nice to be able to have all the necessities including bread, various spreads and delicious coffee pots! However, if I would have stayed more nights, it would have been awkward washing the dishes as there is only the bathroom sink (didn’t feel comfortable washing food away in the bathroom).

The feeling knowing I was safe. Owner was amazing and phoned me before my arrival (I was nervous) On arrival the iron gates and security cameras was Being in the top floor in Rm 5, at night the sky looked amazing from the window. The power shower was such a bonus. The room setting was very comfortable and relaxing. Very comfortable room decor, with Very stylish bed. Remote control blinds, (so cool) TV in front of you, (nice size) Surprising very quiet at night (coinserdring, heavy traffic around location) Fridge a little noisy when going to sleep (we turned it off during sleep) Thank you for a very, peaceful comfortable and safe place to stay. We are very appreciative to , ❤ Mara Boutique ❤ for the 2 night stay. (I can't wait to stay on the bottom floor, that looked sooo cool) Chrissy.

Someone checked in after 11pm, I think room 2. Within minutes the whole place stunk of weed. However the apartments themselves are gorgeous, the decor is lovely. I would stay again

No parking at the property, though there is free 23hr parking about 50 yards away - which is a big plus. The rooms are also advertised as soundproof but the people staying on the middle level slammed doors throughout the night that could be heard throughout the property.

Well thought out, in terms of layout and use of space. From the amenities to the toiletries, there is no way not to be impressed by the efforts they’ve taken to deliver a quality stay. Very high marks!

Originally wanted to book this from seeing the hot tub as me and my partner recently got engaged and wanted just a little celebratory night away. The advertisement was misleading. The description didn’t state anything about the hot tub being private or the bathroom being a shared bathroom. I only discovered this by looking through the questions people have previously asked and saw a comment about the hot tub being private for apartment 1 only. The bathroom I found out was shared when I arrived. When messaging the owner of the property he told me to look at the policy’s which again didn’t state anything about the hot tub. When I arrived at the property he did however apologise for the confusion and said he would change this in the advertisement. He was a friendly man but I felt rushed to get to the property after receiving messages saying he was waiting for us to arrive and wanted to know my arrival time, even though the check in stated 3pm-11pm. When I arrived he was very quick to show us around and leave without telling us the Wi-Fi, check out details (where to return keys to etc) just small details that would of helped. I was told after messaging him about the Wi-Fi that everything I needed was on the desk in the room but there was nothing there with Wi-Fi or anything on. The breakfast states “italian breakfast” - we were only given what was in the room, a few croissants, a loaf of bread, lunchables, water, and all condiments such as jam, butter, Nutella, and also tea and coffee etc. Again abit misleading. Overall it is a nice place to stay and although there were mix ups the owner was friendly but I would just say there’s a-bit of a communication issue. The room we stayed in was more than enough and very comfortable. The travel toothbrushes and toothpaste and shower minis were a nice touch.

The property was clean and smelt very nice. Felt safe as the gate at the front of the property is passcode locked.

This place is a blatant scam! We arrived at 8 PM only to find out that at 6 PM they cunningly demanded £300 to be wired to their account. Despite our genuine promise to transfer the money the next day due to not having our card readers and bank closures, they callously turned us away, with the owner arrogantly declaring, 'I have your money – do as you please.' Feeling utterly duped and unsafe, we turned to booking.com who failed miserably in offering any assistance against this deceitful scheme.

There’s absolutely nothing I can think of maybe kitchen use but not sure if we had this but it’s not essential when we had breakfast provided.

The modern tech shower and the quality of taste wow looked awesome….wonderful absolutely loved it.

-The service provider was threatening payment of £150 for deposit ,this was not stated in the profile before booking -Cleaning lady was a bit rude .coming to knock for us to leave even before 11am -They claimed breakfast was included in the booking..no hot breakfast to be found, just some miserable bread slices in the loud room fridge. -The room i booked says family room with hot tub...it was far away from where the tub was.. -They need instructions on the bougee shower cubicle -Access to location was not clear and parking was awkward.

I was asked to pay a deposit of £150 before even being allowed on site. Having then offered to pay at reception I was told the owner did not allow this and it had to be paid in advance of even entering the property.. This has NEVER happened before in 30+ years of business travel. It was basically a 3 bed semi advertised as 'luxury apartments - very misleading description. No photos of the room or bathroom were shown on the site and having seen the property that now explains a lot.

The staff are so rude and noisy in a morning so if your having a late night expect to be up early. You pay a lot of money but it is not good value for money, we faced discrimination to the point the apartment will not give back the damage deposit even though not one thing was left damaged. we left windows open to let air in for the cleaner as she woke us up due to not being able to sleep until 7 am because you can hear absolutely everything through the walls. You can’t have access to the heating so it get absolutely boiling if you ask for it to be turned down they will turn it off and not turn it back on so you are left freezing cold. It only become apparent after the stay there is certain rules to follow which are not specified anywhere, guests are not made aware of any rules so they will use it against you for your deposit
