We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- the fire alarm went off at 10 ish for no reason, it was really loud and I didn’t like that. - I did smell some weed in the corridor, doesn’t really bother me but that’s probably what set it off. - maybe add some more pillows to the beds, make more headrests and all.
I liked the staff, very attentive and friendly. Reception and bar man. I liked the decor, it was pretty cozy. I enjoyed breakfast too, beat my expectations in terms of food quality and selection.

United KingdomRoom quite basic, despite upgrade to executive room. Uncomfortable bed and just one hard pillow ( no extras in wardrobe). Bar closed at 10.45pm. So arriving late meant no drink unless ordering a full bottle of wine to the room.

United KingdomWhile some of the staff were exceptional, some were not. The food was average, the continental breakfast would have been fine, if the fruit salad had been defrosted and coffee was available (6am breakfast)
Close to the airport. The hotel is a little tired, but it is good value for what it is, a stopover before or after getting a flight. The hotel was surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to the airport. A problem with the lighting was fixed very quickly. The hotel was very reasonably priced and the standard exceeded my expectations

United Kingdomhowever, the mattress on my bed was so hard that I did not get very much sleep as it was so uncomfortable also, the key of my door did not work p;roperly so everytime |I left the room I could not get back in whioh was quite frightening at night, even when a member of staff tried the key it did not work and he had to 'punch' the door to get it open. Also you had to get into the bath to have a shower and as I am not as mobile as I used to I could not do this so was unable to shower at all. Also, there is no bedside table or shelf which makes things like having a clock/phone,water and medication to hand difficult

United KingdomThe evening meal we had was disgraceful, we ordered a mixed grill for the two of us to share, which we were really happy about being able to do. But when it arrived, everything was overcooked, close to cremated, and almost cold. For the first time in our 20 year relationship, we had to refuse to pay for it, which made us feel bad, but it just wasn't edible.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable, although the room was tiny.
