The evening meal we had was disgraceful, we ordered a mixed grill for the two of us to share, which we were really happy about being able to do. But when it arrived, everything was overcooked, close to cremated, and almost cold. For the first time in our 20 year relationship, we had to refuse to pay for it, which made us feel bad, but it just wasn't edible.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable, although the room was tiny.

Mould in bathroom which made me uncomfortable to use. The photos looked nothing like our rooms. Our deluxe room was pretty average whereas my colleague who booked into a single room had a better room than us which was slightly disappointing. Walls are paper thin could hear the whole conversation going on next door.

There were cobwebs in our room above our bed, and the walls are very thin so if your neighbour watches TV you can follow along with the episode…

Easy check in and parking directly outside - perfect location for the airport. Room was much bigger than expected and if you like a firm mattress you’ll have a great sleep as I did. Pints in the bar reasonably priced. Breakfast next morning is mix of continental and full English - all very tasty! Simple check out, it is basic but you get what you pay for and we’d use it again!

Didn’t eat , was perfect for what we needed , but cues at reception when hotel isn’t busy and wasn’t a peak arrival time , someone smoking weed at the back door to the hotel wasn’t good at all , window handle in room I stayed in wasn’t there so smell from below was coming straight up stinking the bedroom out

There was a dirty mark smeared on the wall next to my bed, which should have been cleaned before the room was used.

Location, very close to the airport. The room was nice and quiet, considering how close to the airport it was. The curtains were blackout curtains, so they kept the room nice and dark.

Room was small, with no space for bedside tables - but then I couldn't expect a suite for £43 a night. Bathroom hadn't been very thoroughly cleaned, behind doors etc, but it was good enough for a short stay - the toilet, sink, bath and shower and floor were clean. Bulb out in the over bed light. No soundproofing between rooms (I had 104), so I could hear every cough from the room next door, and was very conscious to keep the volume on my TV low and to be quiet when getting up for my early flight not to disturb the neighbours, who were otherwise thankfully quiet themselves! The whole place is a bit dated and in need or refreshment really, but for an airport hotel at a very reasonable price it is perfectly good enough for a night or two.

Excellent value for money. Good facilities, including a pool and health club. Free parking for an overnight stay, and secure with cameras. Well priced holiday parking available with airport shuttle service if you wanted it. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee tray provided, which was very welcome.

The bath had no proper shower and the head of it had to be held by the hand. The bed was by the wall so one of you had to clamber into it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was warm which was lovely given it was a miserable rainy night.

The lack of provision of wifi to the hotel rooms and if sought was at an exorbitant rate of £7per night! In this internet age for a hotel not to be able to provide a good and free wifi as a facility, especially being an airport service hotel is wanting.

Close proximity to the airport. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Ample parking. Didn't utilise spa or restaurant, so unable to comment.

Wifi payment conditions ! Each device must be paid separately :-( Coudnt charge my devices cause of lack of EU connections to charges. In an airport hotel you would expect it in a room.

The additional pull out bed (not required) matress had blood stains on it and was ripped. Walls too thin, i had to endure another occupant throwing up between 3 a.m & 6 a.m Cups and kettle still dirty from previous occupant and the floor was covered with broken crisps
