Every member of staff was helpful, cheerful and well trained. Lovely building. The breakfast was amazing , a great selection available. We arrived back from a concert at past midnight and the receptionist was super helpful , took our order for pizza and a sandwich and 20 minutes later it arrived - very tasty, there was a room with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and phone charging where we could eat the pizza too ( or you could have it delivered to your room ). They were also more than happy to keep my luggage after check out ( or before check in ) which was a bonus, as I had all day to spend in Manchester. The building is a converted warehouse from 1844 , really nice.

The room was spacious very clean lovely bathroom one excellent point of tge bathroom the turn on off button fir the shower was away from the shower so you could turn it on without getting scalded or frozen a great factor but the most exceptional thing was the bed and pillows OMG so so comfortable had the best night's sleep 😴 in fact I want the mattress and pillows Exceptional A great breakfast selection cooked to order lovely and hot and fresh well mannered and friendly staff in all departments

There was not much space between one of the beds in the twin room and the wardrobe so gaining access to the wardrobe was difficult. Maybe more thought could be given to furniture placement.

The room was comfortable with air conditioning. Everything was clean and there is a good strong shower. The quality of the soaps, shower gels and conditioners could not be faulted. There was a pleasant view of the front from the window. We paid for breakfast which was very good. A wide selection of options was available from the buffet as well as a good list that could be ordered from the menu. Extremely professional staff who were friendly, competent and polite. We appreciated the late checkout and took advantage of the discount from the NCP car park just round the corner. The location is excellent! It's within walking distance of theatres, restaurants, museums and galleries. There is also a lovely viaduct garden very nearby.

Not sure I can think of anything I didn’t like - it was a little pricey but then it was a central and convenient city centre location.

It was in a good location very handy for the tram, the room was lovely and spacious. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and approachable. On checking in the receptionist was particularly helpful - she got me a map and explained directions - she was very patient and knowledgeable

Top marks for Rafiu Geoffrey who was exceptional in every way and assured me at every step of my stay going above and beyond his duties and making sure I was comfortable and settled after long travels .
