All went very well for a short city break to visit my son a university so ideal location. Great room with really friendly staff and super breakfast the next morning top job.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the breakfast. The two out of the three mornings we had breakfast the hot section looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Just expected something a bit fresher.

Good location to city centre all with in a 10/15 minute walk. Nice room with a big comfortable bed.

It's a boutique hotel and the photos on Booking made the hotel rooms look really cute and niche. But my room ended up being a basic room you'd get at a Holiday Inn.

The wifi connection was great. The staff was very friendly. There is a HoHo bus stop directly across the street from the hotel which was very convenient. Parking was easy and reliable. There were a lot of good, reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Parking was very tight and left to luck if you could even find a spot. It’s a very congested area with a lot of cars around. Both nights we stayed there we were woken up by what I assumed were loud, drunk people outside arguing and fighting. It’s not the hotels fault, but probably a product of the location in a neighborhood area.

Good proximity to activities for day trips and exploring.

We stayed three nights. On first & last mornings breakfast was okay but nothing special. However on the second day it was a complete shambles. Arrived at 8:20 to a lengthy queue ( even though there were plenty tables available ). Cold buffet almost completely empty of food and hot buffet that had been there on day one was not there. After a long delay ordered breakfast which then took so long to come we had to cancel and revert briefly to the "hot" breakfast which suddenly reappeared. This was stone cold!! We were being collected for a tour at 9:30 and ended up walking out with very meagre & cold breakfast. Not good.

Decent sized room and bed. Had all the facilities I needed. Lovely reception area and bar. Easy enough access to city centre and attractions via walking, buses and trains. Good breakfast options didn't get a chance to try out dinner in the evening.

Beautiful quiet tree lined street, had a room to the front of the hotel, with lovely bay window. Staff very friendly and helpful

My room was near a fire door (207) that was being used during the night and woke me up. Staff in the restaurant were very new and didn’t really know what they were doing.

Our access cards wouldn't work and we had to walk back over to the hotel section 3 days out of 5 to get them reset.

The self contained apartment was a suprise so we had heaps of room and were able to do some washing etc. Good breakfast options.

Only issue was breakfast, short staffed and a lot of patrons were getting angry waiting. We had to ask twice while we were sitting waiting to get our order taken. It needs an extra bit of management.

Rooms too hot. Reception area unbearably warm. Breakfast service grossly understaffed. Different issues on both mornings. Food was excellent just shame everyone annoyed with slow being seated, food delivered etc

Breakfast was a little slow then day we were there but they had some staff off ill so it was an isolated issue.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our double room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is on the route for the bus tourist tour so was an excellent location.

The room we stayed in 225 was above the kitchen so it was noisy because of the fans, could also smell the kitchen which made us feel a bit sick, so couldn’t open the windows for fresh air.

The room was a great size for myself and daughter very comfortable and clean. The bath & shower were very big. Breakfast was delicious. Good location nice quiet street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast. Was very disappointed with the breakfast. Very greasy. I didn’t eat any of my fry as it was swimming in grease.
