We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandDespite the guesthouse being a pretty new construction. There is almost no soundproofing between the rooms and the outside. If you are on the second floor, like I was. You can hear footsteps above you, conversations beside you and snoring at night. Plus road traffic if you are at the front. There are signs asking for no noise to be made between 11pm and 8am. Which to be fair on my stay, people were. But you can't stop snoring. So if you are a light sleeper, another place might suit you better. Or wear ear plugs. It's a shame, as in every other way, this is an superb place to stay.
The whole place is spotless. A lot of attention is paid to the details. It's located less then 10 mins walk from the towns main street. The bedroom was big, as was the bathroom. The bed clothes were changed every day, unless you asked them not to. The shower was powerful. There was a nice big TV with free to air channels for the rainy days. The host was welcoming and helpful. WIFI was good. There was a tiny fridge in the room which is always handy. All in all, a lovely comfortable room.

CanadaBring earplugs. We could hear everything being said in the room above us and heard every step and pee they took! We had a room facing the street- some ambient noise but that was less noticeable than the noise above us. We put ear plugs in and slept fine.
Excellent location. Car parking and check in were easy. Staff is lovely. The room was sparkling clean as was the bathroom. The room and bathroom were also quite large and comfortable. Mini fridge was a nice touch.
