The only thing we didn't like was the room was too hot and only had a small window but we did get a table fan which helped. The other small thing was the sink was hard to pass but we are big people so if we were a little smaller it would not have been a problem. Every other B&B in Blackpool we have been in the list for what is wrong was long. All in worth the money

The staff were great room was clean lots of entertainment singers, and bingo, was there as B&B but did buy an evening meal most nights. Breakfast was great good selection was the same each day but the food was hot and the good evening meal was different each night and of good quality. The bar staff were great they worked their socks off and nothing was too much trouble they certainly made the stay fantastic. We went with the view of the usual B&B or Hotels in Blackpool was over the moon and will go back. Keep up the good work guys

Smoking in the doorway. Everytime we entered or left there was people smoking in the doorway This needs to stop

My mistake for not reading up on the hotel first but the receptionist failed to inform us about entertainment. My friend and myself went out hoping to find some live music but when we couldn't we returned only to find it was already in the hotel.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, the food was good. The entertainment was enjoyable.

We booked a sea view double room which we got a bit on the small side but it was advised sml double room which was fine. All the staff were friendly helpful and we will definitely return . Food was brilliant

On booking .com checkout 11am That's why we booked .Following morning 10.10am Cleaner knocking on door asking when vacating as checkout 10.30. Just didn't have a nice attitude. And after a night out and coming back from breakfast it just rubbed us up wrong way.

The parking was very strange- it was the done thing to block each other in but you had to move your car at whatever time the other driver wanted, no matter what time. Parts of the bathroom needed some serious elbow grease, lots of mould and mildew on some of the fixtures and the shower.

The location was brilliant- on the sea front and in walking distance from both piers and pleasure beach.

We booked an evening meal which was a mess to be honest.We asked where we had to sit but then we didn't know if it was self service or not.Sat there for a while no one came to us went get soup myself which means we missed out on the first course.As I got the soup I was told it was waiter service but I took it seeing as I had got it couldn't find any bread,We finished the soup sat there again no one came to us the people on the next table told a waiter for us that we hadn't ordered a main course yet so he took our order.That arrived we ate that again no one came to us to take our sweet order.We gave up so in the end we missed out on the starter the sweet and tea or coffee.We have stopped before but only bed and breakfast if we stop again we certainly won't book a dinner meal again

the food was a bit expensive. no bathroom supplies like soap or shampoo. the towels are not changed every day.

As people who have stayed here before know there are limited seats available in the main entertainment room available but there is also a second room were the acts are also usually on but the second room and bar wasnt open as it has been everytime weve been before which meant not everyone got too see the acts which is a shame plus the cueing time was at the bar was a little more than usuall

It's a little confusing to find the rooms as the room numbers do t follow on in order , and on getting out of a lift on a floor you can still find yourself going up some stairs along a corridor, down so e steps and back up some steps to get to your room

Hotels located on the seafront, as entertainment on every night , full English breakfast available at a charge , staff are very friendly and helpful.
