Bed and pillows were not very comfy. Would be much better if I could sign into Netflix etc. on the tv.

It was a little warm at night in the room I was in as the sun came straight in until dusk. Floorboards are quite creaky and doors bang if other guests aren’t being quiet.

A very relaxed, comfortable stay in a convenient location with everything I needed (and more when it came to breakfast!)

This place is a little gem. Within walking distance to Ormeau park and Botanic gardens. Basic but very clean accommodation. Large communal kitchen. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Theres not many things i dislike but the two times i have stayed here it can still be noisy sometimes throughout the night with different people coming in and out even after quiet hours but i know thats something thats hard to control but it doesn't bother me too much.

I have stayed here before and find this little place very handy for any of my stays in Belfast it is cheap, affordable and cosy. Its easy to get to any destination from it.

One small tiny gripe - Towels ! As this property has a shared bathroom and toilet - you do have to make your way to them in the morning - Larger towels please ! I'm not the biggest person but I could have scared a lady guest !!

Room was bright clean and tidy - Very big ! Kitchen was next door which had everything required for a reasonable length of stay including a washing machine. Selection of nibbles for breakfast (continental style) Good amount of sockets for a sleep aponea maching also (big consideration as I am a sufferer)

Nothing to complain about, exactly as advertized. Nothing too fancy, but if you are looking for a clean bed for the night it does the job.

The location is great, rooms were clean and neat and the shared bathrooms down the hall were spotless. Did the job.

It was a pity they didnt serve a breakfast in the bakery like they used to but there was a plentiful supply of soda, potato and treacle bread in the kitchen area.

The room was clean and comfortable. There is a sink in the room but the toilet and shower are down some stairs. We knew this in advance so it was not a problem. The location is within easy walking distance of the city centre which is why we choose to stay again. We were able to park the car outside the door.

There were no instructions as to access the shower or toilet and I’m sure I didn’t see any doors marked as such. The TV wouldn’t work but that didn’t matter too much as I needed to get to sleep as I had an early start. The accommodation was otherwise fine

The room was freezing cold until around 3am. I didn't sleep well because of this and there were no extra blankets in the room.

The room was very clean. Thomas was very quick to meet us at the property. The location is perfect and continental breakfast was very handy and delicious.

Room design is old style and the heater doesn't work very well but all the amenities are there and overall I had a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable stay. I like the mini fridge inside the room which they refill with pan au, water, juice and even cereals yogurts and fruits daily. Kitchen is right outside my room as well. Bathroom is shared but it's very spacious and the water was hot and pressure is good. There's also free pads and tampons for guests. Location was not very near to the center by walking but via bus is only 7 mins so it's fine.

The rooms do not have en-suite bathrooms but there was a bathroom nearby and available whenever we needed one. The decor is a little old and tired but this does not impact on comfort or cleanliness so is not a major issue.

Brilliant central location and a perfect set-up for us. This is self catering accommodation with a spacious kitchen, and lots of bread/cereals/yoghurt provided for breakfast. We had been touring Ireland for a couple of weeks staying in hotels and B&B accommodation. It was so nice (and kind to our waistlines) to skip the cooked breakfasts for a couple of days! The staff were extremely friendly, the place was very clean, the beds were comfy and we could easily walk to major sites of interest. If you're on a tight budget this is the perfect place to stay.

As a small negative which I think could be rectified easily - the building was quiet enough until you heard the neighbour's jingling bunch of keys as they got in/out the room. Maybe upgrading the door lock system could help

The host was able to show me around and explained the set up in terms of self service for breakfast in the morning.The room was clean ,comfortable and had everything one would need for a short stay

-Staff was very helpful and kind. - Breakfast in room very convenient. - they have a bakery below the apartment. The food remained from the bakery they bring it in the kitchen in the evening and guest can have them for free.
