Wouldn't describe as ' luxury - bare minimum there . Air vent noisy when trying to get to sleep Needs bedside lamps, cushions, coffee, more towels, shampoo etc - a few extras would make a big difference.

Brilliant location for anyone wanting to be close to media city or old Trafford. Also a tram stop directly outside to go into the centre or Trafford Centre. Shop is also located at the bottom of the apartments.

Pillows were thin and only got one, bottom of shower filled up with water quickly.

Kenny was really helpful and responded quickly, the view was nice and the apartment was in a good location. Handy to have a kitchen.

I couldn't get a signal on the TV, maybe a loose cable, not sure. Didn't go there to watch TV so not that bothered. Kenny will sort it out, I'm sure.

Kenny gave me a very warm welcome, which was nice, and as soon as I saw the flat I was very happy. Very comfy with nice views.

Lack of Freeview, had to switch to streaming on fire tv which had choppy internet connection No plates to eat from, had to buy tin openers and paper plates Electric hob tricky to operate, took twice as long to cook breakfast and dinner than gas hob

The whole place could do with a deep clean, a spruce up and a lick of paint. “Luxury” it isn’t but it is fine. With a bit of TLC (and another lamp) this could be a really great little studio.

Ken was really easy to communicate with- particularly regarding checking in. The view from the studio is amazing and its proximity to the tram, a shop and Media City is hard to beat. The shower is also excellent.

Tiny thing, but the plug in the bathroom sink needs sorting. Also the lighting in the bathroom is dull which is not ideal for ladies who need to do makeup. Thee are only tiny bits and hardly worth worrying about or putting you off booking

This is an exceptional property. In my opinion, ridiculously under valued. I would expect to pay at least £100 p/night. The apartment was immaculate. A superb bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.

This property is operating in a building that forbids short term rentals (that's why the incorrect address is advertised). We spent our whole stay worrying about whether we would be thrown out. Also, this is a bedsit (not a one bedroom as advertised). The building is predominantly student accommodation, so we were surrounded by foreign university students. There is no 'luxury' about it. Very few items supplied for self-catering. Minimal utensils, and we had to ask for plates. TV only works via streaming, sometimes just impossible.

Location is terrific. Tram stop outside the door, so easy, quick and cheap access everywhere, including the city and airport.

Host was very helpful, told me about transport links, explained how to access the apartment and how to use everything. The apartment was way better in person, Gym, Laundry room and cinema room in the building. There’s a tv with Netflix etc. Amazon Fire TV. Host was easily reachable by call or text. Will definitely stay here again if I was in Manchester
