We did struggle a little getting in with the door code because the little touchscreen wouldn't light up, but this is more a technology issue rather than anything the host could have done :)

The location was great, just a 10 minute or so walk from the train station. House was beautiful with plenty of space and loved that the TV provided had everything we wanted!

A video was provided to show how to use all the facilities in the house and access the gate and front door. The house was on 3 floors, all beds were super comfy. The house was warm at all times. Fans are also available if to warm. A back garden with patio is available outside. A small office space in the quiet is also provided if needed. Wifi was easy to set up and use. Local taxi service was prompt and available at around £6.00 or bus services every 10 min, to the Birmingham City Centre and main Train Station/s to London and surrounding areas. Approx 20-25 min pleasant walk - depending on how fast you walk :0) Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by if you didn't want to go into the centre. The owner was available if needed.

There is nothing to dislike

This is excellent accommodation, very comfortable for our party of 8. Only 10 minutes walk to Bull Ring. Spotlessly clean, safe and secure. Everything we needed was supplied. Will definitely book this for our next visit. Waiting time for an Uber was 1/3 minutes away due to perfect location of accommodation. Arash is the perfect Landlord 🥰 don't pass 39 Hope Street if looking for accommodation in Birmingham city. We give this property 100%

Climbing stairs, something we weren’t really prepared for but it did help in burning those extra calories

The property was secure with safety being one of its stand out features & its access to the heart of Birmingham indeed was the cherry on the cake. Arash took great care to ensure that we were well taken care off & gave us detailed instructions on the do’s & don’ts. We had one car, with secure parking in the property, loads of spots are available outside on Hope St. in case you come in with more that one car.

The only slight issue we had was the heat!!! The bedrooms do get hot so its worth packing a fan. Also if you are a sun lover unfortunately there is no outside furniture to sit at.

The house is amazing its a real home from home type of place with everything you need for a good stay. Good size rooms and really comfy. Owner was very informative and showed a real care about making sure your stay was enjoyable.
