There wasn't anything to dislike.

Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfy. Excellent communication. Really close to the hospital so we could walk there in a couple of minutes. Would definitely stay again.

I am from the Netherlands and not a short person, the beds were a bit tiny to the point I couldn't stretch my legs completely, otherwise, I would extend them out of the bed.

Clean big rooms, great location, quiet area. Close to the train station. Easy door access through a security code. The heating worked well and quickly. The host was very kind.

Although it was in the small print and it was my fault I hadn’t read everything, it is unusual to have to pay such a big deposit for one night’s stay. It was returned very quickly after departure though. Just want to warn others to read the booking.com terms.

Surprised with how big the rooms were, very clean and had its own separate entrance. Parking was easy and only 2 minutes away from the hospital. Will definitely stay here again

The apartment was furnished to modern standards. Immaculately clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable as were the sofas.

Not the easiest to find in the dark! As the blocks look the same, even with really thorough directions due to lack of light. There was a wet patch on the carpet in one bedroom and the lamp didn't work.

Mirrors in the bedrooms might be a good addition as there is only one in the bathroom.

Spacious, modern and cost apartment. Big comfy beds and very helpful host. Easy check in and great communication from the host who made sure everything was ok. Also free parking outside, and received damage deposit straight back after check out. Had a great time staying here, would definitely recommend.

Great communication from the person running it. Fabulous bed - amazing sleep. Had an issue turning the TV on, they offered to come out but it worked perfectly in the end so it wasn't needed but nice that it was offered. Very very clean. Great colours and interior. Bathroom is really nice. Really nice bedding and towels and plenty of extra blankets etc.

This is something that can be easily rectified. The cups, plates, glasses were in a cupboard very high up. So i couldn't reach them without standing on a chair. However, my husband is taller and could. Same with the microwave was placed on a shelf too high up.

Great location. 15/20 mins drive to utilita stadium and aquarium. Supermarkets nearby. Property very clean, good shower/bath, hot water. Plenty of free parking and a quiet area. Customer service was excellent. We arrived at the property after midnight and were able to contact someone. Good value for money.

Great modern, spacious and clean place. Looks better in person than in the pictures. Host kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok which made us feel comfortable and looked after. Also a short drive to Birmignham city centre.

There was a liitle bit of noise from the apartment above when we first arrived. Though there was none by bedtime, it did give us cause for concern at first. The ambience of the property could be improved a little by having some artwork on the walls,.

The property was in an excellent location for an event we were attending nearby. It would also be a good location for events in the Edgbaston area, including cricket matches. The agent was very helpful and we found the property clean and tidy and well-equipped. Our deposit was returned promptly,

The location of the flat was perfect for our needs as we were taking our daughter to her university accommodation, although it was a bit far to walk to the accommodation due to all the things we had to carry -and to our son being disabled. However, the flat was a nice walk to the University campus and to shops and restaurants. We liked that the flat was quiet and we were able to park the car outside without any difficulty. Also we found the beds very comfortable and had very good and relaxing sleep on them. The flat has all modern facilities although as we only spent two nights, we ate out both nights, and days. The shower was also good being able to operate and had very good water pressure. Overall, we definitely recommend this property for a short or long stay, and I'll most certainly check it out for availability every time we go back to Birmingham to visit our daughter.
