The property was clean and comfortable and very good value. There were lots of towels and spare bedding. We were really close to a tube station. The host was very helpful and quick to reply to queries. We had a great stay.

Perfect location for the purposes of our visit. Very close to tube station and buses. Apartment was spacious and generally well-equipped. Having two bathrooms made it very convenient for two couples.

The ease of access to a major underground train stop, grocery store, and bus saved us so much time. The area is quiet at night and the apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Super impressed!

Not a criticism, but an explanation that there are more than one lock box. I arrived in the rain and dark and when I opened the first one there were no keys there, Luckily I checked the others and found my keys.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. Less then 1 minute to the new Nine Elms station and the huge new Sainsbury's. Very quiet

Wow! amazing property. The host was so attentive and everything was organized professionally. It was a last-minute booking but the host went out of the way to make it easy for us to check in. The mattresses were super comfortable, the heating can be easily adjusted, the bathrooms were super clean, the train station was a few minutes away, it was super quiet, a lovely neighborhood, a lot of natural light, and the garden was a nice thing to see in the morning. We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to London.

Nothing. It was a splendid experience.

The hosts were great, very quick to respond and provided us with all details for self check in. High quality home with high quality bedding and towels. Very nice and warm when radiators are on and very good Large TV. The location is incredible, right next to 9 Elms station so we could get to anywhere in London very quickly on the northern line. I will definitely be staying here again.

Sadly my recent stay at this apartment was spoiled by a malfunctioning heater and boiler, resulting in discomfort due to cold temperatures and lack of hot water. It's hard to ignore these kind of issues, making it tough to recommend this accommodation.

The surroundings aren't the cleanest in the city. The apartment lacks EU outlets; however, a UK-to-EU transformer can be purchased at the shop on the opposite side of the building. I encountered heating issues during my stay but received an immediate response from the host at 2 am, which was impressive. The heating system needs fixing to prevent the need for restarts of the boiler for hot water and heating. Contrary to the listing, there is no coffee machine, only a French press. The dining area has only 3 chairs and the kitchen is equipped with just 3 tea cups. Dishwasher tablets are not provided, but you're welcome to use my remaining ones. Both bathrooms are on the second floor, and the mattress was too soft for my liking, impacting my comfort.

The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the underground and bus stops. Shops are also close by, and it's only a 15-minute walk to the train station

1) Size: in the description it was written total 180 m2 but the actual size is definitely not 180 m2 because my own place is 179 m2 and I can easily accommodate 6 people comfortably. I booked the space hoping same size but it was much smaller so I have to prepare back up plan to spend additional funding for other friends who originally was planning to stay with me. This is not quite happy experience as I knew this was too small, we would be better planned. 2) Air mattress (bed): not function well and later part of the night, air was all gone. So quite difficult for another individual to sleep on. 3) Internal facilities: kitchen facilities OK for very short stay of less than a week but not enough for longer stay families. Wifi was quite bad, need to use my own 4G all times but as TV was connected via wifi, so taking longer time to get the signals. 4) Neighborhood: the overall neighbor area is a place mixed with government housing area so it need special attention when walking around into certain places - from visitors' point of view. Maybe comfortable for pure Londoners. The last day stay (Oct. 28th Saturday) was quite noisy with nearby place organize big party and some teenagers probably drunk were even fighting with my neighbor apartment residents at around 1 am in the mid night. This also reflect my observation of the surrounding area. 5) Deposit: I was requested to put down GBP300 as deposit prior to moving in which is a surprise as I staying in other place for 3 weeks in July and never been requested for this. I made my deposit immediately same day as requested but as I am writing the comments 3 full days after I checked out, I have not yet received the full funding, which is quite annoying for just GBP300.

1) Location: next to Nine Elms station and very large Sainsbury Store and a small Chinese food store, very convenient to travel around. Nine Elms is 2nd last stop of Northern Line tube in London which can direct to various key sites in London for either tourist or exploring London various places. 2) Total number of people to stay: by staying in this place for 2 weeks, it is good for maximum 3 people to stay given the size, layout (it is a duplex flat with independent entry). 3) The owner (or operator): responsive and act fast in various questions during the stay. 4) The key box setting outside the apartment was convenient for picking up or dropping off the keys. 5) Heating: this is good.

Cannot recommend anyone to stay here. Very overpriced, very dirty + major safety concerns and sleep disruption. Filthy. Dust on all surfaces. Not vacuumed for at least a month. Mold in shower. ("manager" of the property wanted to send a cleaner the next day, but that was after we vacuumed and cleaned ourselves to be able to wash our kids) Water heater in the apartment is faulty, despite "manager" saying it is brand new. Every other evening when we showered, hot water stopped working, with an "ignition error" on the display and had to be restarted Carbon monoxide alarm went off at 2am for 1+hr while we aired the apartment out, while being scared of fatal implications of CO poisoning Next day the "manager" admitted it rang before, came up with lies about why it went off (starting with that it is intentionally programmed to go off, which is complete BS: it has 1 button to turn it off and doesn't even have a way to replace batteries!). "A contractor said that the boiler is OK"; I wonder what their procedure was the month before when happened for the 1st time and neglected to replace the "faulty" 25 GBP CO alarm. Also not 100% guaranteed the CO leak doesn't happen only when the boiler goes into the "ignition error" state, which may occur randomly and not while the contractor is checking for CO. We decided to check out to not have to go through this sleep disturbance/risk dying the next night. They insisted we checkout quickly in the morning, which felt like being kicked out. Stressful. Extremely overpriced. Not much luxury, feels cheap. Many details in the bathrooms unfinished. No way this is 180sqm as indicated in the listing, feels small. Bedrooms+bathrooms upstairs, uncomfortable to walk up neighborhood feels unsafe at night with beggars and generally unpleasant people loitering around They are asking for 10 star reviews in exchange for discounts which is against booking.

Upon arrival there were sheets strewn about and the couches were covered with protectors which just seemed weird. It was very dirty, hair and dirt everywhere. We did alert the host and he was very responsive and nice enough to refund us 20 pounds for the inconvenience of having to clean the place ourselves. There was nothing there that you would expect in an apartment with a kitchen...no salt, pepper, oil, and only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay. That was disappointing as having the basics would have made a much better experience. Then, we got locked out. The door is quite cheap and janky and we literally had to pry open a ground floor window and climb in through it. It wasn't even worth alerting the host of the issue, we weren't about to spend hours of our only 4 day vacation waiting around for someone to come out to fix the issue. We also had no hot water in the beginning, and my partner had to adjust the boiler settings. Luckily he knew how to, because having to call them out would have been really inconvenient. The freezing cold shower after traveling for 24 hr was just not ideal. You have to send a wire transfer for a security deposit which feels really sketchy and weird after booking through booking.com and just felt not right, though we did get it back. House instructions also tell you to take out the trash, strip the beds and clean them, put away all the dishes, etc. Obviously I would never leave dirty dishes or trash strewn about, but to have to bring the trash bag to the dumpster outside and wash/dry all of the laundry feels a bit excessive especially when we arrived to a dirty apartment. Wouldn't stay again nor would I recommend to anyone. We were lucky to find this place last minute after another place canceled on us a couple of days before, but it wasn't even worth the price though relatively cheap.

The location was good. Nine elms station is very close with good connections to the city. There is a big Sainsbury's which is a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable.

Felt unsafe Neighbour hood. Leaking sewer at front door for 3 straight days. Lounge was missing a leg and was collapsing when sat on. I had to put a brick under it to support it.
