Exceptional interior decor, attention to detail was 100%. All the comforts of home, made our stay in Plymouth even more comfortable. The understanding of what guest require and need regarding accommodation was well thought out and planned, even to the final details of the information pack. Excellent pleasurable x4 days stay while seeing femily. Perfect chill-out time in the apartment. Highly satisfied.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The Apartment was really clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It felt like a luxury hotel. The furnishings and utensils were all of a very high standard and the extra touches like fruit and a cream tea were very nice. It felt like they have thought about all the things that are lacking in holiday accommodation and made sure they have included them in this one.

Everything was exceptional; there was nothing to dislike!

Outstanding property and hosts in a great part of town. Attention to detail and personalisation made us feel honoured guests. Nothing was too much for the hosts who were very responsive when contacted. Thoughtful extras made our stay extra special. The owners were very accommodating. Sara brought us a lot of supplies for breakfast. The building is beautiful and the apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was also a reserved parking space for us.

Myself and my husband have just returned from a 2 night stay, and I have to say that we loved the apartment. It was clean, bright, and really well decorated throughout. The food items that were there for us on arrival were a lovely gesture. Thank you. It was only a 20-minute walk into Plymouth town, so it was a fantastic location for us to stay. Absolutely nothing. Could not fault anything at all.

Great hosts. Alan met us at the door because of the security on entry to the building. His explanations of everything in the flat were concise and in case we forgot anything, it was all written down in a book. Top quality furnishings, very comfortable. We felt secure in the knowledge that our hosts were close and only a phone call away. One question I had I sent a text which was answered immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending Alan & Sarah and their flat in The Victoria to anyone.

Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Three flights of stairs to access our room, internal stairs to bedroom.

Very good apartment with washing and kitchen facilities. Buses to town centre only a block away and ran frequently. Basic food items like milk and bread provided on arrival and cream tea. Lovely old heritage building.

Prepare yourself for the special. Uniquely beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped incl. very good TV and music system (Apple TV incl.), prepared by Sarah with a lot of experience details in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully equipped in every respect even with whirlpool bathtub. Nicely furnished, Wi-Fi super fast, atmospheric lighting. Parking free of charge. And all this super clean. You can't have better. The best accommodation I've had in 30 years of traveling worldwide.

This will be the 4th time we have stayed in this wonderful apartment. . . . . With a 5th stay already booked! As always the apartment is super clean and comes with all mod-cons. But, the most thoughtful added extras are the groceries that are supplied. Will absolutely recommend and will be staying again & again & again. . . . . . etc. Thanks again Alan and Sarah.

Some noise from the road and next door at times. Bed was a little soft but not too bad.

Luxurious with a jacuzzi bath, Bang and Olufsen tv system, comfy furniture, separate shower, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, lovely decor, shuttered windows and herbs, spices, condiments and breakfast cereal etc included. Spotlessly clean with ample towels. Great lighting too and lovely park next door

Very little! While you can walk into town and the beach area, it is a fair hike.

Absolutely superb! Large area with absolutely everything provided. Surround sound tv, spa bath, fully equiped kitchen. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Lovely building. Had trouble getting my wife to leave!!

Impeccable eye to detail, beautifully styled, warm welcome and fantastic communication, very generous with supplies, luxurious, brilliant hosts. Beautiful big windows, luxurious furniture, great coffee and place to cook. Every single find detail was executed impeccably. You have to stay here!
