The property was beautiful .. situated near M6 .. ideal for visiting the Yorkshire Dales and the Lakes. The property is immaculate has beautiful bedrooms & bathrooms. The living room/dining room/ kitchen area has everything you need with a small balcony to chill. Great parking space.

There wasn't a sweeping brush/hoover for us to use. No visitors book to write in.

The cottage was set in beautiful grounds. It was well looked after. Everything I needed was there. The price was very good value. The bed and bedding was very comfortable - slept really well.

Wet room was slow at draining. We contacted the host however she explained there’s grout down there from refurbishment.

I feel if the balcony had a shelter or somewhere with a sheltered smoking area would be absolutely ideal

The perfect getaway, can't fault this perfect little hideaway, the veiws around was outstanding, the beds were so comfortable my daughter had to drag me out of it, the spa bath was amazing, had everything you needed, immaculately clean, perfect on those rainy days, and not to mention sitting drinking your coffee next to the tiny stream absolutely bliss this trip was, can't wait for our next stay

As other reviewers have mentioned, the property is only 50m from cattle grids so they are somewhat annoying, though not as noticeable in winter, with windows shut. Nice and warm but heating is fiddly to adjust.

Well equipped, good standard, nice grounds for dogs. Good base for lakes. Good value. 2 decent sized bedrooms. Lounge/diner/kitchenette 5min walk to pub Will return

Was very close to motorway with busy traffic. A kitchen installation commenced ion the adjoining building at 8:30am waking everyone up, would of been nice to check out and then start the work.

Stunning cottage, Decor was beautiful. Heated flooring and little touches with fresh flowers was a lovely touch on arrival. Luxurious bathrooms.

Was a little tricky to find precise entrance/turning at night after a long drive, but not a big thing at all.

Perfect location to break long journey home from Cairnryan ferry back to the south of England. Great communication. Cosy property.
