Everything was great if I had to put something the bathroom and kitchen were not 100% clean

I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi initially but I think it was my laptop, not the connection possibly. Not a complaint, but to highlight we did spot a leak under the sink in the bathroom.

Everything was better than expected. Unexpected additional double room. Advertised as 2 x Bed and from looking at images initially, I expected 1 x double 1 x small single, so 2 x doubles was a nice surprise

Absolutely stunning apartment. We couldn't believe the quality of the furnishings and how much detail has been put Into the property. There was everything we needed there. Cosy beds, so much space, a lovely front room. A kitchen fully equipped. WiFi and a good information book left with everything you need to know. About a 20 minute walk to the main area near the castle but it's one road and so easy. Plenty of restaraunts near by, try McLarens on the corner. Delightful food. Thank you for making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again and would not use a basic hotel.

Bedrooms cannot be locked from inside. The washing machine was a bit confusing as in the US we are used to separate washers and dryers. But I found the manual near the washer which had instructions

Excellent location. Outside the crowd of downtown, but everything you need is a few steps away. Bus stop was a couple of minutes walk and the Lothian runs buses everywhere. The property was very spacious with all the facilities a family needs and more

Beautiful apartment. Spacious and cosy. Fabulous location with lovely cafes, shops and bars within a 2 minute walk. Really pleasant 25 minute walk via the meadows into the centre.

There were no problems with the property at all. We were told that there was only residents’ and metered parking when we booked, and also told where the nearest free parking was (a short bus ride away, so it wasn’t a problem.

This property is ideally located in Bruntsfield and near Morningside, which both have lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops. The lovely little garden at the back was ideal as we were travelling with a dog, but would be lovely for sitting in with drinks if we’d been there in the summer.

Some of the doors were a bit stiff

The decoration was very pleasant, the smell was very pleasant and the kitchen was very cosy. I liked the fact you could get into town both by bus and walking.

Parking is a pain due to the cost but that's Edinburgh (all of the city is permit or high charge parking). We did manage to get parking space each time and parking is free at weekends and after 5.30pm

Spacious, bright and beautiful period property. The flat was stunning. Huge living room and decent sized kitchen and bedrooms. Gorgeous hallway. Hosts have equipped the flat with everything you would need and the furnishings are high quality. Lovely to have a garden. Brilliant location in high-end residential area of Edinburgh (about 25 mins walk from the old historic centre of Edinburgh). Restaurants, shops on the doorstep. Next to bus links. Quiet street despite being a few steps from main road.

Great size apartment, very central to town and easy to move around from there. Bus drops is 200m away from apartment. The heating was great and there was nothing we needed. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable with a massive lounge room with heaps of seating
