Lovely furnished flat in a fantastic location, bus stop right outside, 15 minutes walk to the beach or instow

The only fault the beds we had were two singles zipped together which caused poor sleep as bouncing when one person turned over! But this was minor and the bedrooms are beautiful. Maybe the bottom sheet over both beds was too tight?

The flat is beautiful, clean and well thought out. Fab location. The fizz in fridge was a lovely touch. Thankyou

The location suited us very well as the North Devon and North Cornwall coast are our favourite go to places. We couldn't fault the accommodation, everything you could wish for. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely welcome touch which we much appreciated. Thank you, we aim to return in the future.

Perfect size for four adults. Could walk to Instow in 15 mins for an evening meal. Good parking. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Nothing to dislike

Beautifully decorated cosy little flat with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Communication from Claire and Drew was very good, we were asked how we wanted the second bedroom configured which was great as we were a party of 2 couples. Clear instructions provided for check in. Flat is in a lovely location, just wish we had a longer stay. We defiantly want to return to the area and this lovely little gem of a flat will be our first choice. Thank you both for a lovely stay we hope to come back soon.

This is the second time we stayed at this Lovely flat. My family and I loved everything about this beautiful apartment its clean, its stylish, its cosy and it feels like home. Excellent location. Claire & Drew are a great host, they kept in contact before our visit and asked us how we wanted the rooms arranged and allowed us extra time before checking out. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend this Lovely flat to anyone who wants to stay in Instow 😉

It was decorated beautifully, including Christmas decorations, and was cosy and homely. It had all we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Nothing - everything was great!

Beautiful flat - decorated and kitted out to a high standard, lovely finishing touches (eg Christmas decorations - we stayed over NYE). Plenty of space for us (2 adults and 1 child age 4). Great location - short drive to the beach which was great for some windy walks and exploring the sand dunes (would also be fine to walk in nicer weather). The owners were very response on messages and lovely to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

The property was in a great location just of of the main road but wasn’t too noisy. The flat itself was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and felt like a home. The owners had put together some nice ideas of places to visit and eat and we had a lovely meal at The Boathouse in Instow which was recommended. The communications with the owners was always prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the future

Cosy, warm , stylish , beautifully decorated - two very comfortable bedrooms , excellent fitted modern kitchen with everything you need for a weekend break! Great internet connection with all the mod- cons for a movie night in on a stormy night!

There is absolutely nothing that I did not like.

The flat was spotlessly clean and had all you needed to make you feel at home. There were a lot of things made available as infusions, a coffee machine, hot chocolate sachets, and even a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable! I was also touched by the fact that the owners had acted on the comments of different people to make the flat even better. I would definitely recommend the place to other people if they are to come to this part of England, and would definitely stay there again.

There wasn't much not to like. The only thing we could have done with some condiments for our meals..

We had a wonderful stay, my friends travelled from Stoke On Trent, I was able to check in advance to prepare for a surprise for their arrival after our horse riding. The beds were extremely comfortable, all the rooms were tidy and neat. We visited the local areas and returned from Appledore via the Ferry, which was great fun

The apartment is beautiful and elegance, extremely comfortable, warm, clean. Had a good night sleep very cosy beds. My boys loved the shower. Gteat located to the beach, loved the surroundings. Great hospitality, enjoyed the bubbly 🍾

There is no private outdoor space, it is all open and we didn't really know which bit was no 4.'s other than it was probably the tidy cut area.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location for exploring North Devon. Tastefully decorated and very clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The hosts were very communicative and polite and lovely. We don’t live too far so just had a couple of nights this time, but would love to stay for longer next time.
