Everything was great apart from the sofas which I found uncomfortable.

I really can't think of anything negative to say. Even Betws which is often mad busy was a nice charming place at that time of year.

Despite it's location next to the main road it was amazingly quiet inside. There was a storm raging outside for a couple of days and you literally wouldn't have known. A nice cosy and quirky place with a good sized kitchen. The wood burner in the lounge is a nice touch. Was really nice to arrive to find a Christmas tree and some decorations setup!

loved the location, loved the cottage but the shower cubicle from blue tiles down need a really good clean as did the air vent above. However the bed was extremely comfortable, location perfect, kitchen well equipped. Ideal for a rest. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Parking was tricky- not guaranteed outside of the property, but managed to find space not too far away.

Great location, perfect cottage for what we needed. Lovely garden, wish we’d had the chance to use it more but the weather wasn’t on our side. Rooms are a good size.

The tv in the lounge could be a little bigger. It was too small for the room. The on road parking was a little hit and miss and wasn’t made very clear when booking. It was an issue at first but it became tolerable as the week progressed.

The Cottage was lovely and suited our needs. As soon as there was an issue it was sorted the same day, and if not, the next. Very good service.

Parking was sometimes a little difficult and we had to park further up the road, we tended to be out all day and get back late meaning there was no space directly near the cottage.

Location was excellent. Cottage was very clean although could do with being updated a little, beds were very comfortable. Garden was nice to have and was sunny until late evening.

Cottage overall is good but a few things could do with replacing ( faded pictures, old washing line) and a few additions would be handy like a washing up bowl, some extra hangers for the wardrobes.The garden needs securing so the dog from next door can't get in.

The garden was an unexpected pleasure, sunny but with private shady areas, on different levels, really enjoyed spending our time there.

Stairs were narrow. There was quite a high step coming out of the main bedroom with no rail. Shower was small and had a high step in and out of it. Could be difficult for people with mobility issues. There was enough room for a Kingsize Bed which would have been better. The frying pan needs replacing for non stick. Not alot of hangers in main wardrobe. Parking outside could be a big problem in high season.

Location was picturesque. House was clean. Mattress was comfortable. Quirky steep garden with steps all the way to the back. Kitchen was well equipped.

parking was tricky with dog and luggage, struggled to get parked near the property everyday when we left and returned and others parking insensitively was frustrating

property was great and well equipped for all you’d need for a short or longer stay. sofas and bed not overly comfy but property in lovely condition. local town has a range of great food and drink places and is a perfect retreat after a day climbing or hiking.

I was a little disappointed that no initial wood was left for us to make a fire upon our arrival. And no welcome pack.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Only a short walk to the centre of Betws-Y-Coed. Had everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking. Nice big garden it the weather had been better. Lovely wood burner in the lounge and the place was really warm too. Parking on the street just outside.

Icy stairs. Weak shower and flush water pressure, No hot-cold water mixer. No tumble dryer.

Overall a warm and comfortable cottage for winter weather.

This could be better if there were towels supplied, and a cozy blanket or couple pillows for the living room.

The location was absolutely perfect, there’s shops, beautiful scenery and places to eat all just a short walk down the road. The garden was huge which was perfect for our two dogs, the garden was also safe for them to run up and down. It’s pet friendly! The host was very helpful and even let us in two hours earlier which was very helpful for us! The kitchen was very large and had all the things we needed to cook all our meals throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and both rooms were very large, they had plenty of storage space and had plenty of plug sockets around the room which always helps! The entire cottage was large and had plenty of space to move around in with the two of us and our two dogs. It was very clean when we arrived, and was happy to see they supplied coffee, tea and sugar for us! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!
