Nothing - being SUPER picky maybe a pod coffee machine would be a nice extra touch? Oh and we couldn't find any tea towels in the kitchen... but might not have been looking properly! Otherwise couldn't fault it! I

We had a lovely couple of days at Linden Villa whilst we were in the area for a wedding. Paddy and Rachel were extremely helpful even though they were away for the weekend. The place is done out so wonderfully, super cosy, feels like a real treat and perfect for a short getaway.

The bathtub plug didn’t work well.

The messages sent by the host the day before was so kindness as they told us how to get to the hotel by car. We looked forward cooking by ourselves and had a pretty good dinner time in the wonderful room because they prepared all of kitchen stuffs we are able to cook super easy. Also all rooms are well cleaned. Thank you for everything and we would stay again.

OIf you are tall, you maybe will have problems with the height of the flat, but the whole apartment is in general awesome :-)

Rachael and Paddy are so friendly, they do have great recommendations and have a cosy apartment. I do have a lot of back pain und I can truly say: The bed is pretty good and high quality.

Absolutely nothing at all!

What a beautiful unique gem! the decor was outstanding. It was so romantic and cosy. A peaceful idyllic spot with beautiful views and only 7 mins from the nearest supermarket. The owners were so friendly and helpful and always there if we needed anything but also left us to relax and feel at home for the night. Thank you 10/10 highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was superb. Only having to leave was the downside!

The property was stunning, arrived a little late in the evening due to traffic on the way up which wasn't an issue at all! The hosts were fantastic, super friendly, and provided a lot of local recommended places. The home itself was super cosy, with everything you could possibly ask for in a short stay. Jacuzzi bath was an added bonus, especially after coming in from the colder nights.

The hosts were helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi bath was a bonus! The hosts had also left some butter, milk and things which was very thoughtful. A great retreat for a weekend.

The only thing is the GPS send you to one street down - the host came to find me and helped me to park the car.

Access was a little tight - up a steep hill - and, while there was excellent private parking right outside, one needs to have a car with a reasonable turning circle.

Good space for a couple, beautifully presented. Hosts were very welcoming. All facilities had been considered, including a 'start up' pack of tea, milk, sugar etc (and a G&T and a beer!). It was a delight to stay there.We will certainly book again.

I only wish we were staying longer!

Everything! We arrived early as we were just having a look to see where it is, Paddy and Racheal were so friendly and welcoming and let us book in before we went off exploring. I fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in, so cosy and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is there and a lovely welcome basket with bread, crisps, biscuits, tea and even had my herbal tea I drink. It’s set in a beautiful area, parking right out the front.

The house is in a town a little far away, but if you go by car it is not a problem.

Apartment house with 400 years old, tastefully renovated. We loved it. The owner is very nice and helpful. It was a great success to have gone there.

Nothing to dislike.

Rachael & Paddy are wonderful hosts - so friendly and hospitable, as well as ensuring that you have everything you need for your stay, including a generous welcome pack of goodies. Linden Retreat is so well equipped with a lovely comfortable bed, with great quality bed linen and towels. It also has everything you need to cook for yourselves if you want to and it is a great location to relax and enjoy the wonderful views from the patio. Parking right beside the Retreat is great as it makes unloading/loading the car so convenient.

A couple harmless insects but it’s natural and was easy enough to deal with.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept really well, the owners were very accommodating and so lovely, they provided us with plenty of instructions when checking in and the communication was impeccable, I would 100% stay here again.
