Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe booked a room with a bath (according to the booking.com listing) and didn't get a bath.
Bed was amazingly comfy. The receptionists girl we spoke to was so wonderful and bubbly and gave a really warm atmosphere to our arrival and departure even though shebwasnt checking us out and just saw us leaving. The room was really well decorated, the windows were a big part of the corner of the room and were gorgeous. The heating was really quick and easy to use. The location is fantastic if you come by train.

Spotlessly clean, but feedback (hopefully helpful) as follows: Shower - a moveable head is really useful (I have a medical condition, but anyone with young children or an elderly parent would also realise the value of a hand held shower head). Fan - quite noisy and also needed a good clean. Toilet - the fill didn’t turn off so it was constantly dripping/filling/emptying into the pan.
Location. Value. Clean. Nice design rooms. Absolutely silent windows kept out traffic noise amazingly well. Air con if you wanted it - also very quiet.

The hotel is quite old, the facilities are a bit run down. It fits the Nottingham vibe. But: during the week it was super quiet, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly. Good choice in Nottingham.

United KingdomThe bed is a bit to hard and the pillows so it didn't do my back any good. That is my preference though I dont like a hard bed. Also there is a clock on the TV stand area and this stays on so at night it's really bright which is a little annoying.
The location is great, staff are friendly and helpful. It has an iron and board in the room which is great.

United KingdomUrine stains all over the toilet when we arrived. Told reception. They sent a cleaner fairly quickly but the cleaner didn't know why she was there. We were offered "biscuits" for the trouble it caused us as we had to leave the room for it to be cleaned. Wasn't offered a discount or partial refund or even a free drink at the bar would have been nice! For £135 for the night and checking in at 3pm I thought the room would've been fully cleaned. Also found it bizarre there were no lights on the ceiling which made the room very dark.

United KingdomThe flow of water in showers and the basin was annoying. the flow was very slow and it took a while to bath and brush your teeth. I have obsevered similar issues with other Leonardo properties I stayed in recent past. It may be towards saving natural resources and the intent is understood and respected but not at the cost of time you waste and frustration due to the same.
The location is perfect for a short business trip. Close to the station and not far away from the city centre.
