Continental breakfast limited, although cooked options were good.

Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from the Millennium Bridge behind the Baltic. Good sized room and full picture window view onto the river.

Nothing at all it was spot on Loved it Nowt else to say!

Location, cost & just a nice hotel with comfortable beds & nice clean rooms. Booked early and got a cracking deal, not to mention the view out of our room over the Tyne.

Small car park so had to use overflow which was about 15 minute walk away.

Good location, comfortable bed and decent price. Excellent pressure in the shower!

Didn't like that my room window faced rooms on the opposite side of the hotel so people could see into my room. Would have liked a room with a view of the river but think they were more expensive.

Had everything I wanted, clean and comfortable room, plenty of space and a great location.

Not impressed to find our window had no privacy net, particularly as we were situated around the inner courtyard facing another wing. Our evening meal turned out a tale of two halves,my salmon was excellent but my wife’s lasagna was just like a block of rubber and in edible. The kitchen declared the whole batch turned out to be the same. They’d obviously been blasted to long in the microwave.

Great location right alongside the river Tyne and with easy access to the north quay, via the Millennium Bridge. Staff were excellent, especially at breakfast. They cleared tables quickly and did very well keeping the buffet items replenished on two very busy mornings. Breakfast was hearty and comprehensive.

A 25 minute walk into town which was lovely in the sunny days but not so good if it rains

Good sized room which was clean and had a great view over the river.

We were put looking out over the back where there was an aircon unit and also where the kitchen got it's early morning deliveries but it might not have been as bad if we had kept the window closed.

The room was big and clean. You could open the window which is always a plus for us.The bed was really comfy.

There was a lack of street lighting on the way back to hotel

The room was too hot and the heating controls were not clear enough. Overall the bedding was probably contributing to this feeling too. Outside space was a bit run down

The location and the accessibility of the hotel was good if you don't mind walking a bit. Friendly and easy check in. Clean and tidy and quite modern.

The curtains had little holes in as if moths had been eating it. Room was far too hot and couldn't get air conditioning to work properly. Bathroom was very small and could do with a lick of paint.

Comfortable bed which was a good size, good tv. Plugs were located well around the room. Hairdryer was a good powerful one. Tv was a good size it was ashame it only had free view.

Room was a bit tired, although it was very clean and perfect for an overnight stay. Prices in the bar seemed excessive.

Close to Newcastle with good access, but away from the busiest and noisy area. Good size room with view of the river. Staff friendly and efficient.
