The walls are quite thin and we had a very noisy group on our floor, lots of shouting & doors banging in the early hours of the morning, otherwise I couldn’t fault the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. A lovely choice of breakfast food & drinks

1. Forgot to clear the toilet bin and not enough toilet papers before our last day 2. TV channels weren’t very stable. It would be jumped to ‘no service’ suddenly when we were watching it.

My tv didn't work also hotel room phone I never informed staff as they were busy with checking people in so really wasn't their fault just think maybe should be checked before guests arrive

The staff were great also room was clean and as soon as I walked in the place had a lovely smell.

They forgot our babies cot for the second time! And we had no milk for the coffee/tea on arrival into the room Not great this time very disappointed that they forgot the cot AGAINeven with a message off them saying your cot will be there on arrival we will make sure off this

The pillows and position of sockets for charging. Would be nice to have on both sides of bed. And the breakfast could be better, bit tiring after week traveling in UK to eat the same English breakfast sausages and beans every morning. Not only your 4 star hotel but all of them could do better.

Rooms need a bit or a revamp. Paint on the curtains and a mark in the paint work on the bath. Also when I asked for the children's menu, the server didn't know where it was, so I had to order of the adults menu for the kids.

Great location, lobby area and restaurant was lovely. Loved the little essentials shop. Whole hotel smelled clean and fresh. Chocolate and kids activities in the room was such a great little touch.

There was one episode when I thought the service was poor. Tried to call the room service number stated on the leaflet that was on the room and reception multiple times to order food with no answer. Walked down to reception and receptionist was very intrigued why there was no answer but was able to place order. After waiting for almost 1h for the food had to walk down to reception again (no answer on the phone again) to check why the food had not arrived. Found out that it was taken to another room by mistake and after being sent back it was just sitting in the kitchen. The receptionist carried the food to our room and we were not charged. There was another incident when the fire alarm went on at 6am. People were coming out the rooms and alarm stopped and re-started again. Everyone was in and out of the room unsure what to do. When walking down the stairs a member of staff was climbing up the stairs with a fire man and said there was a leak and we could go back to our rooms. Apart of these 2 incidents everything else was good.

Very good location. We could walk to city centre. Bedroom was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied.

The room was freezing and the heating didn't work properly so had to get a heater and that was fine, but the bathroom was cold. Also it wasn't as clean as it should be and the pillows were very firm.

Location was really good, it was nice and quiet, the staff were nice, the breakfast was very good for what we paid.

The bathroom is very dated. There were stains on our bedsheets.

The staff are absolutely amazing couldnt fault them at all!!! The room was really nice, the bathroom seemed very dated and out of place though. The location is fabulous! Everything is within walking distance, and the views are amazing. Would return overall.
