The owner was very welcoming and the location was very idyllic yet just six miles from Inverness. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and served in a conservatory with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside.

check in can be tricky although the owner was very accomidating after work had me running VERY late for checkin (9:45 PM) and I had no problems at all getting checked in

The is just a lovely BnB. Super quiet the only noise outside was the birds. No farm smells to worry about. Everything was SPOTLESS, very well laid out and super comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here

Location excellent as just by cycle network, safe place to store bicycles given. Warm welcome and host very helpful. Great views. Good choices given for breakfast. Sitting room was so lovely to sit in as lovely and warm with wood burner.

Host was very helpful with suggestions and also friendly. Room was very comfortable and very clean. We were greeted warmly when we arrived. It was cold out and the room was all warmed up and the fire was going in the common room. Breakfast had many choices and all was good.

The room was on the small side, so not much room for luggage, I think there are bigger rooms available. It was perhaps a bit restrictive that the owner wanted you to give a time to attend breakfast, although I can understand why if it is a cooked breakfast.

It was a very good location, with wonderful views over the valley, a short drive from Inverness and conveniently situated close to Culloden moor. The room was comfortable, and warm, shower was excellent. Lots of breakfast options. The owner was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Lovely and quiet too.

was so much fun being on a working sheep farm with an exhibition of the sheep, herding dogs by the owner of the farm/B&b . Absolutely lovely setting an absolutely delicious breakfast in a beautiful conservatory looking out on the mountains and farm.

No fault of management, arrived at farm during the onset of Storm Babet so things seem off slightly. But still a worth while stay. Love to visit in the spring or summertime to experience the sheepdogs. Not during a unplanned storm. Lol

Such wonderful hospitality! We arrived very late, after flight and transportation delays with no vehicle, and had not eaten since morning. Our kind host prepared a nice tray of cheese, fruit and toast for us. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of farm fresh eggs, with views out over the expansive farmlands. We had wished we had more time to explore the area.

It was likely user error but neither we nor others we met at breakfast understood a sheepdog demonstration was included but had to be booked separately. There was also a tense moment at breakfast where we had apparently requested more than was offered. The maps function of our nav let us down and we had to plot to Clava Cairns to get close.

The quiet of the country was lovely.

A beautiful property of 400 acres in a great setting right by Culloden Battlefield. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. Ian gave us a unique experience watching 2 of his dogs work the sheep. The other animals at the farm were a pleasant addition. Delicious breakfast!
