I have been trying to get an invoice for my stay and nothing has been sent. My employer will not now pay these expenses so I am £200 out of pocket, all for something very simple. I personally would not recommend staying here.

It is needed to make some space to put a table in a deluxe triple room. Beside fridge no other facilities (TV or coffee machine or some shared kitchen).

The location is great. Hyde park just across. Museum street on 10 min walking distance. Free water and cola cans in fridge and some nibbles are nice gesture and helpful.

Hotel seems to have multiple names, so not the easiest to find on a map. Only saw one staff member during entire stay, and that was at check in. No staff around for checking out. Room used a shared bathroom and toilet facility despite this not being stated on the booking. Not the cleanest or biggest room, but is to be expected for the price really. Fine if you just need an easy bed, but wouldn’t recommend for anything more.

Location was good, and room is ultimately so cheap that you wouldn’t expect the world.

Hotel is hard to find, no sign other than a push sign on the door to indicate it's a hotel. No actual late check-in I almost did not get my room. The shower door was broken. The WiFi did not work very well.

This hotel does not exist at the location given. Residents had never heard of this hotel. Phone number on receipt was permanently switched off. Ruined my weekend. I want my money back.

At first, we thought that we got scammed as upon arrival there was no signage of the hotel, contact number was unreachable but then there were a couple of guests who arrived as well and they contacted the reception. Upon check-in it felt like we were in a dormitory, space was small but it was kinda “homie “with so many freebies like water and chocolates even a can of Pepsi, the receptionist and the man who worked there was very kind. We slept comfortably but you will hear the other guests walking in the corridor or even talking, “due to the very thin walls. You get what you paid for

There is a different name outside, so I had great difficulty finding it. I booked a room for 4 and received a room with a double bed, and a fold out bed was later delivered. The rooms are very old despite all the photos on the website showing newly furnished rooms. The owner advised me to leave my key in the door

I was disgusted by the entire experience. Firstly, limited details on my booking confirmation made it extremely difficult to find the property initially. After arriving the first time around, I was greeted by the cleaner who told me to leave. It was only after calling the property and getting through to the manager that was able to be "checked in". No passport details were requested, I was simply ushered to my room, which was poorly provisioned - aka no towels, cheap shower products, and poor refurbishment. The entire experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe - in particular the strange people loitering in the communal areas. If it's any indication of my general experience, I stayed 2 hours, then left, forfeiting the 145e, and inconveniencing my friend by staying on his sofa instead because it was a "better option". This place should be shut down.

Everything. It was difficult to find and difficult to get ahold of anyone that worked there for assistance. Once we found it, we learned that the hotel goes by at least 10 names in order to evade the negative reviews. When we finally found the hotel, there was no sign indicating that it was a hotel or any signage inside to verify its existence or any health code standards. Upon entry we were not greeted by anyone, nor was there an official reception or check in process. The room itself had three beds for two guests, when we only booked one bed, which was confusing. The bathroom was dirty, there were leftover soap bottles in the shower, and trash on the floor from previous guests. I wouldn’t be surprised if our bedding hadn’t been washed prior to our arrival. Because of this, we decided to sleep on top of the beds and not use pillows or blankets. Additionally, there was no heat and the outdoor temperature was 40 degrees Fahrenheit. We were freezing all night but there was no one to be found in the building to help us, nor was there a working phone number for the hotel. This booking was advertised as having free WiFi on property, but there was no WiFi available for our use. When we went to check out there was, once again, no one to be found at the reception desk and no instructions on how to check out. Overall, I would not recommend this “hotel” to anyone and would have preferred to sleep on a bench instead.
