Lovely detached cottage that shares a very large garden with 2 other cottages, however we never saw anyone else. Really handy to have 2 bathrooms, one bath and one wet room. Had everything we needed including highchair, washing machine and dogs bed. Would highly recommend

The only downside would be the water pressure when you have a shower was low, but I guess it would not be a problem for someone who have a bath.

I like the cleanliness of the house, the beds, the location was so convenient and the free wifi. The communication prior to coming to the property was excellent, and on the 1st day we ask for the use of Amazon Prime TV so that the children could watch something, Kiran brought us a dongle for us to be able to do that, and we really appreciate that. We had everything provided in the house and it made us feel at home. There was plenty of tea, coffee, kitchen utensils, bed linen, toiletries and so on.

The property is very well kept and is located just next to the motorway offering quick links to all Lake District towns. The property itself has very nice views and natural feel to it with a lovely decor indoors and lovely outdoor area. The property has all the facilities and the owners (Kashif and Kiran) are just a stone throw away from the property and make you feel at home. We unfortunately tripped the microwave during our stay and Kashif immediately came down to replace it which was very much appreciated. would definitely recommend this place for its amenities, location, views and hospitality of the owners.

Perfect getaway for Xmas. Cosy and comfortable with excellent facilities. Would recommend for a long weekend for small and larger groups.

The cottage had everything you could possibly need. Nice touches, included selection of toiletries and tea,coffee etc. It was very comfortable and clean. Location was excellent for visiting the Lakes and Yorkshire. Easy to find, communication between us and the hosts mainly done online but that was no problem.

1 acre of land, very quiet location considering your next to the motorway. The site itself is perfect and quiet, you don’t realise there are other guests staying in the other cottage on the land.

It is fair distance from the lakes and attractions but we expected this.

Very clean and tidy. We had the whole place to ourselves. Very peaceful setting. We even had Sheep as neighbours. the house had everything we could need for a week long stay.

It's quite a distance from any large supermarkets, but not really a big deal if you're travelling around the area anyway.

The property is very well equipped, with a lot of nice garden space. It is well sound-proofed so proximity to the motorway is not an issue.

Lovely place, excellent location and a very cozy cottage. It has a beautiful garden and very quiet despite being close to the motorway. Cottage was sparkly clean and maintained well. The hosts are lovely. They live nearby and always very helpful. They made sure our requests were all met for the stay and their hospitality is excellent . We would certainly return and we highly recommend this!

The place was not ready when we arrived. It seems the family which rented it did not clean up the dishwasher properly hence the floor was filled with foam and wet. Host informed us that she will come back the next day to fix it but didn't. She might be too tired as she seemed to still have difficulty clearing the mess when we arrived. So floor was still wet and foam coming out from dishwasher the next day. Very disappointed with accommodation since past reviews were very good. We left the cottage cleaner then when found it upon our arrival.

Nicely furnished cozy cottage, nice view of greenery. Spacious for three of us.

The property was dirty, dusty, full of spiders and had an unpleasant odour. the bedding in the rear bedroom was dirty and my family just could not settle.
