Outside space was at front of property so you couldn’t safely leave wetsuits drying outside.

A nice quiet location about 10 minutes from harbour and town centre. Comfy beds and sofas.

I would like to point out this is not criticism, but there are couple of small points which might not have been fed back to the owners. One of the coffee cups had a chip in it. There were a couple of dirty plates in the cupboard. ( which may well be the previous people put it away like that. As a whole it was a great place and would definitely go again

It was very well presented. There was a bonus of a dishwasher and a coffee machine, (with lots of Pods) There were numerous games to play, which would be great for families. Also there was Wi-Fi that you could log in to. Was surprised to see Netflix on the TV. Everything seems to have been thought of. There was also a lovely welcome gift of cookies, kettle Chips and Cadbury’s chocolate.

Sofas unfortunately were uncomfortable, you can hear tenants from above flat at night, could even hear snoring!! We would have liked to cook an evening meal but no Pyrex etc, reviews say treats for pooch & gusto coffee pots, just the little things like Xmas decorations were missing

Parking available, close to town & family. Dog friendly, enclosed garden for our dog of an evening. All on one floor! Cosy & warm, comfortable beds, good communication with owners

Unfortunately there isn't much sound proofing between the flats so we could hear every movement from flat 2. It might be better putting families on the ground floor where they won't disturb people below!!

Location was perfect, only a short walk to the harbour. The property was very clean and tidy and the beds are comfy.

The apartment was lovely with everything that you would need. Clean and inviting. Such a find to have parking and so close to the harbour area. The owners were very responsive. The bedrooms were good sizes and the bed was super comfy. It was easy to find and in a quiet location.

On Saturday and Sunday evenings we could hear upstairs stomping around and the argument they had word for word, the couple after them were very considerate that they had people below them.

Lovely flat, very clean, much better than we both it might be. Couldn’t want for anything, everything you could possibly want was in the flat, really enjoyed our stay, might well book again same time next year.

Shower head is split so water was coming out of the side of it. Continuous rattling noise to the rear of the property outside as well as a dripping gutter following the rain made for a very disturbed nights sleep in the double bedroom. Laminate in kitchen is falling apart and there is a sharp section sticking up on one corner near the oven / in front of the sink.

Great flat close to the town centre. Very clean and comfortable beds.

My only problem was a lack of mirrors. Myself and my daughters were fighting over the one dressing table mirror.

Few little issue with loose floorboard in kitchen , loose headboard on single bed and bedside table drawer fell apart but really minor things. And it’s 15/20 mins walk to harbour!!

Had everything you needed for a short stay. Comfortable and clean . Space for two cars behind property. Very important as the road is tiny!

Very clean and neat property.All amenities present.Unbelievable that they had a small but luxury treat for our pet dog.Oh my God,that was touching and reminded me that the owners had an eye for detail 👏 An issue with the bathroom sink was sorted in a jiffy 👍 Cute narrow lanes around the property,typically Devonish.

Keys are kept in a lock box outside. Easy and convenient . Close to town and a good base for heading to surrounding areas - Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth. Great selection of places to eat, would recommend the jade palace if looking for a Chinese.

warm, clean, tidy and compact, communication with owners was exceptional and they were really helpful. off street parking was a real bonus in a place like Brixham too where any parking is at a premium.
