There was a sewage smell coming from the toilet although it was not blocked. The bathroom itself was very clean but I was told that several other apartments in the area had similar issues so not sure if it is an area problem? No issues with cleanliness though and it did not affect our lovely stay!

The interior designs and layout were really nice and the place was very cosy. The open spaces just made this place so much more enjoyable and homely.

i didn't realise the key from the lock box wasn't the first after going through the entrance.

great location near to the train station. would have helped to be given a walking guide to get there.

All of the TVs only work if you log into a personal streaming account (which I dont have, and comes across as a bit cheap). After travelling a long way for work, you just want to turn on the TV and chill for the evening. Also, the iron left black marks on my top when I tried to use it. And it might be soundproofed between the rooms, but it certainly didn't seem to be soundproofed to the outside - restaurants and cars noises all night.

There was only one towel set for 2 people. The code at the entrance was a bit confusing.

The property was very good. However, checking in was a nightmare. No one was available on arrival and we stood in pouring rain for about 2 hours until another kind guest who also had trouble, let us in. Not good enough. Also, no tv working.

Only issue we encountered was the WiFi which was in and our but that's was due to it being a midfloor flat near the stores.

The access door into the staircase which is code-controlled needs to be worked on so that it jams properly when a guest enters or exits. Oftentimes, the door does not lock properly. Also, consider putting a chain lock at the back of the door leading into each apartment as it gives a better sense of security while inside the apartment

The location which is right in the city centre was excellent for me. Shopping and connecting to a lot of places were very easy. It was also nice for some social activities.

When we arrived at the property it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. I got in contact with someone from the property through booking.com, who was very helpful and accommodating and gave us an upgrade to a better apartment in the building which was very clean and comfortable. It was a very easy process with a positive end.

The upgraded apartment was very clean and had a kitchen that was ready to use with all the necessary appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment was lovely and spacious, a perfect home from home. The whole experience was very easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We did have some minor issues, but there was always someone to contact, and these were resolved.

We liked the decor and location. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.

The entrance and stairwell gave a poor impression. It was very untidy with big yellow bags of laundry at the entrance and on each landing (we were on the top floor), maybe we arrived on laundry day. There were no towels in the apartment so we couldn’t shower. We weren’t at the apartment for long enough to ask for this resolved.

Modern, close to station, clean. We appreciated the prompt communication and follow up email. The bed was comfy. It was easy to get into the apartment.

There was all kinds of things in the drawers but I bought a corked bottle of wine … someone has obviously pinched the fork screw. Was fine though as I had a screw topped one too. All good.

It had everything we needed in the heart of everything. I thought it was really worth the money compared to a hotel. The host keeps in touch regularly which was nice. The shower is great and the bed huge with a top quality mattress.

Being really picky, the shampoo & body wash wasn’t that great & the kitchen doesn’t have too many utensils if you were staying for a few weeks but I’m being really fussy, it’s lovely.

Lovely property right in the town centre. Perfect for a short stay on business & will be booking & staying again.

A bit noisy in the morning with pubs/ restaurants getting delivery's emptying bottles etc. Our apartment was lovely and well equipped. However it only had a fridge ( no freezer)

Brilliant apartment with everything you would need for a weekend away. Excellent location couldn’t be better right bar loads of lovely restaurants and the cathedral. We loved it!

We stayed on a Tuesday night, and founded that it was a little noisy early in the morning.

This appears to be a recently developed short stay apartments from offices. Everything is new, clean and nicely decorated. Lovely comfortable bed. Great central location.

The property was very small. Too small for 3 adults. One of my workers drove back to Hertfordshire as just a small double bed and a put up sofa bed.
