My room didn't have air conditioning which wouldn't have been a problem, except that we experienced a very out of season heatwave - 27c in September! The courtesy fan helped.

The property is gorgeous, and I was upgraded to a suite which was immense and very comfortable.

Only complaint no fried tomatoes and breakfast could do with bit more choice - but not bad at all

Upgrade for £10 , clean and evening meal arrived within five minutes and very good. Evvie very attentive waitress 👍

There was a good selection of cereals, yoghurt and fruit juices. There cooked breakfast was tasty . Tea and coffee was available.

No lift for bedroom on 1st floor. This is a problem for guests with mobility challenges. Parking can be a problem when the hotel is busy.

Top class bedroom with excellent facilities. Amazing surroundings. Enjoyable breakfast and dinner.

Twin room had 2 double beds which fab in cottage room. Breakfast lovely, evening meal exceptional Cajun chicken linguine. Enjoyed hydro pool and heat/ice experience. Shame jacuzzi not working.

The jacuzzi did nt work. Foot spa did nt work. This was a special night for my daughter . Her 18th birthday. A bit disappointed 😥

Not much to report. More places to sit an enjoy a drink at the bar would have been good though the staff explained they were short of dining space which meant they didn't have a lounge area.

Excellent location with safe parking for a visit to Cadwell Park. Very friendly and helpful staff in all departments.

From when we first walked in the door on arrival everyone made us feel at home they were all so friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view over the golf course and really comfy. A good variation of food at breakfast to suit everyone's tastes.

Parking was a bit of a problem as parties and a wedding happening whilst we were there.

Our room was large and spacious as was the bathroom. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed . Lovely hotel . The staff were excellent and nothing too much trouble . Location was ideal for Cadwell Park . Enjoyed our stay there .

The road signs to get to the hotel were confusing!

Room key failed each time ( and for other guests too) which was very annoying after 1st time No tables for food in the early evening even though they were almost empty . This was due to a wedding! ( it’s a wedding venue!) plus lack of trained staff and glasses at the bar ( as they were at the wedding!) so we had to find alternative eating which isn’t really acceptable for that size hotel

Breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. When the shower in our room was faulty staff were very quick to send someone to the room, unfortunately it could not be fixed so they were going to have to move us, as it was evening there were no rooms available so we had to wait till the next day, staff were very helpful and dealt with our problem very efficiently.

vacuuming bedroom carpet - not done

Breakfast and meals were good, could be a little more imaginative with the children's menu. Spa and pool were excellent. Could do with house keeping doing more vacuuming! Pus cleaning of bathroom was a little lack lustre. Mia at reception was fantastic as was the head waiter at dinner and all of the waitresses. Well done!

No lift. Which may be difficult for some. A little warm in the standard rooms during summer. But can’t be helped
