Very nice owner who personally met me to show me around and how everything worked which was very welcome. Fantastic views from the apartment. Very good heating and water system. Massively spacious. Very quiet and respectful residents. Sky TV. Brilliant central location in Hemel Hempstead.

Nothing not to like.

I like how easy it is to contact the host and the way the member of staff met me to hand over the keys and show me all the codes. This place feels so safe with all the good security. Nobody can just wander in to the building without the key fob and codes. The flat is stunning and the bed is very comfortable. Amazing views.

My 3rd stay at this flat. I have been working in Hemel on and off for months and I love this flat. I wish it was available every time I work in Hemel. Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable, a great flat to come home to after work.

-The host Mr Paul was very nice and helpful,always available for questions and provided transportation guidance anytime and was too nice that he requested ahead for us a new Lebara Sim Card for free received on arrival -The Flat is very clean,well organised and equipped enough to feel at home

There is no air conditioning and apartment could be very hot in summer. There is Dyson fan though.

There was not a microwave in the property and the bathroom sink was a bit blocked. It was difficult entering from the car park back entrance with luggages. No real problem.

Ideal location, very modern, very nice and clean, Paul, was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect.

The place was absolutely superb. The instructions of where to meet were straightforward. The lady was there waiting for me and explained about all the codes and how to work the fob. It felt so safe and secure. Nobody would ever be able to break in. The carpet was lovely to walk on. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. Amazing views. The host was easy to contact. An important thing for me is always good internet and the flat had that. Sky telly with all the apps and l was able to use my firestick. Thanks to the the lady checking me in and telling me the walk to the station was a nice walk l enjoyed those walks daily. So easy to commute to London. Good instructions were given as to how to get to the town centre which was very close. Nice shower and bath too. I have this booked again.

I didn’t like the blinds. these never fully closed and meant the flat was always very light for sleeping. when the windows were open the blinds blew about. it would be good to have a curtain option. although it was not that hot a weekend I did find the flat quite warm. a fan would be a useful addition as would a microwave oven.

great location and surprisingly quiet for a flat. the flat was very clean and had enough equipment. the sky tv was an asset and good to have a decent sized tv. great views of Hemel from the dual aspect. photos realistic to what is there. great towels good feeling of safety with all the security and underground car parking. Paul was very accommodating

Paul met us at the tower and walked us through the check-in and out procedure. He is a friendly and now fuss host, which we appreciate. The apartment is very modern yet cozy with all the facilities needed for a great stay. Being on the 9th floor with huge windows, you have a great prospect of Hemel Hempstead and surroundings. Comfortable bed and good shower. Technologically integrated with Google. Lovely canal walk very close by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A summer quilt would have been nice, couldn't get the fan to work. No plug for the kitchen sink and the tap sprayed everywhere.

Location is great,2 TVs with sky was good and also parking.
