Work outside the room quite early in the morning, woke us and blocked the way out. We wasn't told about this happening outside our room but were woken by the noise of builders

Housekeeping left the heating on full in our room took a while to cool it to our liking but all very clean & well laid out

There was a wedding being held at the venue that got a little out of hand. The room we were staying in overlooked the front where all the commotion was going on so no sleep was had which was such a shame. Would like to come back and stay again as the staff were amazing

Pool is far too deep for children to enjoy. I am 5ft 10 and could only stand up in a small section of pool. Pool and changing rooms very dated and a bit rough, needs updating. Some staff quite rude and not very helpful. Paying nearly £4 for a coffee which the woman didnt have a clue how to make. Windows in bedroom were single pane glass and looked decades old, freezing at night we had to ask for extra duvets as cold was coming through windows! Despite asking a few times for things to be done ie room properly cleaned as we stayed for 8 days it wasnt.

No soundproofing so could hear the room next door (snoring, talking on the phone etc.) which was not ideal. Very limited options on dinner menu.

The bathroom was very dated, and the shower curtain stuck to you when using the shower. A screen needs to be installed instead of a curtain

the noise from the road nearby is loud at night specially the windows are not double glazed and you can ear the traffic noise at night .also the cold comes in very easily even with the heating at max the room felt cold . the restaurante menu choice is very limited dont have the pork loin too dry

The disabled lift was out of order and the mobility scooters had to be re directed to a ramp to the side of the property which was under water and muddy. Bringing mud then into the hotel on the wheels of the mobility scooters. The lift has been out of order for a long time due to costs we were told which I believe is a breach in the disability act.

Close to the main motorway in pleasant surroundings . Plenty of parking spaces and assisted equipment in room booked

We visit my wife's sister in a care home once every 2 months and stay for 3 nights. On 2 separate occasions last year checkout at the front desk staff promised to email me a copy of the bill but never did. I emailed, phoned but the issue was never resolved.

Meals were OK. Accepting our well behaved dog is appreciated. Providing a room close by the lift was helpful for my wife.

Heating was slightly overpowering but easily fixed by opening windows. Room was a bit dated but clean, large and functional. Dinner was a bit odd with super spicy chicken nuggets and pasta but probably down to our choices.

Large family room. Very good breakfast. Room service. Interesting large hotel that had private parties and functions taking place, the wing we stayed in appears to be used for jury service, but was really quiet and private (good with little kids). Health area with swimming pool.

Front desk staff not welcoming. Small view of the lake as it was surrounded by trees, bad advertismentThere was no hot showers in the room water was lukewarm. One pool shower was hot after regulars told me the trick. Regular guests also shared that hot water has been an issue for the hotel for the last 3 months. Order 2 omelettes one was burnt. Four vegetarian sausage all were burnt. This was a 4 Star hotel based on facilities.

The room was warm and so cosy. It was also clean, free slipper, plenty of towels. The sauna, pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The pool changing rooms were cleaned every 2 hours. Cleanliness was 10/10 for the hotel and pool area. Alica the night staff was friendly. Also Amanda who did the breakfast service made sure we got the correct order, she was lovely and friendly.

Sound proofing between rooms is not the best , room is clean but to give a level not actually as good as a Travelodge but with better food

You can walk to Leeds Castle easily from this hotel . Breakfast was very good
