The check in is far too late. Not being told which caravan you are in in advance isn’t great. Most people want to go down in the morning not just the evening.

We did bring our own bedding but the duvets and pillows are provided and they could do with cleaning and refreshing. The place mats and coasters were sticky and not cleaned properly so we didn't use them.

The caravan is in an excellent location. Very close to the main attractions in Ingoldmells. It is not noisy either considering how close it is to the fair. The beds were very comfortable and for a two night stay it was suitable for us. It had everything we needed for a two night stay. We had great communication with the people running the booking.

General cleanliness, dead flies in windowsill, mirror in living room filthy. Owner was notified. Health and safety issue with boiler pilot light no safety screen if pilot light was to extinguish gas would vent out and could cause carbon monoxide poisoning or potential fire/explosion risk

The fridge needs changing as the door keeps opening itself.The sofa needs attention in the RHS corner as it keeps sinking in.The window curtains rails needs attention as keep dropping above the balcony doors and above the bathrooms windows.Host need to look into cleaning services as fridge and few other items in the kitchen weren't up to standards but I guess it is hard to monitor that when you manage property from the distance and relaying on somebody else to do it for you .

Great location just next to Fantasy Island and main street of Ingoldmells.Price for the stay was great and the caravan reflects the price I paid for.The host was great and very responsive to issues we had (like kay box password didn't work because we went to the wrong caravan park 🫣🤣 ,he guided us to correct location). Also guide us with issues we had with electricity with response with 10 minutes of reporting the problems.Beds were super comfortable,I had best night sleep in a while.Deposit returned in a timely manner.I would absolutely recommend caravan but make you check out what you get for the price so there is too much high expectations.

Having to pay for the second car to park in the car park as we didn’t have a parking pass to park in the caravan site car park and only one is allowed by the caravan x this cost me £8 each day.

this is advertised as a 8 berth, there was only 3 mugs/ cups so the 6 of us had to take it in turns to have a cup of tea or coffee. there was only 4 wine glasses, 4 small glasses. no chopping board, no cutting knife, and 2 very small pans. you wouldn't be able to cook a dinner for 4 or more or a big pot of chilli or any thing like that, luckily we ate out all the time. Also there wasn't a double duvet for the pull out bed

A little 'cosy' for us as a larger couple but made do. Used the sofa bed for a family film as sofa was a little stiff, unfortunately regretted the decision as the sofa bed was worse - glad i didnt have to sleep on this

Dirty bed topper and duvet ..we took our own which I'm glad about. Mugs glasses etc are not all clean,especially the glass wear The dining table was damaged on the top as was the sofa . A heater wasn't working but we managed.

Toilet to small, needed a clean, no hand rail on the steps, door didn’t latch to stay open, toaster was broke, bedrooms were tiny, very odd layout. No paths in between caravans, couldn’t park anywhere near caravan to load or unload car.net curtains were filthy ever time I put a drink down on the window sill it ended up with dead flys in it. Would definitely never use again.had to pay £31 each morning for breakfast as could use the toaster or grill on the cooker!

We liked everything we have no complaints.

We enjoyed how quiet the area was and how close it was to fantasy island and all the shops We had excellent communication from the host from booking, to getting there and leaving.

The smell of dog that lingered all weekend, the amount of dog hairs on the furniture and floor, dirty cooking tray, the hot water didn't last enough time to shower a child

Caravan was dirty, dust everywhere 🤧 fridge filty inside, grease in oven and kitchen cupboards. Had to sit on my towels on sofa,very dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Not worth the money. Think I will stick to haven. My deposit hasn't been paid back. The outside steps have no hand rails. Fags left in dirty ashtray. I didn't feel clean at all. Wouldn't go back if it was free.
