As it is located near London Heathrow airport someone could find disturbing noise from landing planes.

Nice looking and stilish guesthouse. Located only 5 minutes from Picadilly Tube line, station Hounslow Central. Room was clean and staff was very nice.

Really friendly receptionist. Spotless. I was just too hot in the bedroom and windows didn’t open very wide. Definitely value for money and I would stay again!

Place was very clean and comfortable bed. Little fridge in the room and safe. Clean bathroom with toilet. Very quiet area but at the same time close to the Healthrow airport ( 20 minutes) by tube.

Rooms are clean and comfy, and well designed with all you could need, including a fridge. Staff are super friendly and quick to sort out any problems that may occur. Very convenient for travelling into central London, with tube station 5 minutes walk away.

Room was too warm, and noise from corridor and kitchen till after midnight. They do provide a fan but I couldn’t sleep with that on as it was a very small room. Would be better if I could have turned the heated towel rail off as I think this made it too hot. Ground floor room.

Very clean room and premises and friendly helpful staff. Well equipped kitchen and eating area for bringing your own food and great free parking facilities. Good location.

Accommodation is always clean and tidy. Nice temperature, cold drinks available, decent WiFi and ample parking is a major benefit. Have stayed 10+ times here.

The price is relatively expensive for such a small room - but it’s London!! I pay extra for a room with a King & a twin bed for 3 adults. The King bed was smaller than I expected. When check with the staff, the answer was “it’s UK King bed.” Not so sure about that.

Free parking is a bonus & Good location between LHR and London.

It is very clean and the place smells really good. Our room is very clean as well. They provide fan. It’s a walking distance to the Station (Hounslow central ) and walking distance to the shops, and restaurant. Clean and attractive. Exactly what's needed for an early flight out from Heathrow. Small room but with a comfortable bed, WC/sink and small fridge (a bonus!). And an ASDA Superstore within walking distance that is open until midnight!

The only real issue I had was that it was extremely warm. Opening the window solved this to an extent, but I imagine it would be very uncomfortable in summer.

Loads of parking, easy to find, extremely friendly staff. Rooms were well decorated and had all the essentials you would need. The bathroom is nicely appointed. The building is very tastefully decorated, too, and feels premium for the price. Finally, it's super close to Hounslow central tube station which makes getting the piccadilly line into central convenient.

Location near airport. Noise from airplanes every couple of minutes.

The Staff was very helpful and polite, room cosy and clean with electrical outlets adjusted to european guests ( USB port in outlets ). Good price for the room. Hotel located near Piccadily line that goes to every main location to see in London.
