Bathroom door felt like it was going to come off rails slightly so just had to be careful! I’d seen loads of people were getting bottles of complimentary Prosecco so was kind of hoping we would but we didn’t, but no biggy!

Room was exactly as images! Bath was unreal after hike and bed was so comfy! Location was also Perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to all the main shops and bars in Windermere town. Parking was also free and right infront of property

A beautiful and stylish room, which was in the perfect location. So close to the town centre of Windermere, and parking was so easy to find. The room was exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tidy and the bath was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend.

The room could do with a little re-vamp. Paint missing from the walls, chipped skirting boards, swollen window sill (from bath). Being the first room in the house, it was very noisy of guests leaving/ entering, waking us up in the morning. The bathroom was very small and the sink wasn’t easy to wash hands in without getting water all over the floor. Check out is a little too early, we didn’t realise check out was 10am until other guests woke us up leaving the property.

Location was great, the room was beautifully decorated and the bath was a huge selling point! The bed was comfy and the TV was absolutely huge! Good communication from the property via text message before arriving.

That I might not get that deal again, because of its popularity

It was literally a 20 minute walk from Bowness tops but even if he chose not to go in your stay, Windham is got plenty of cafés and walks and things to keep yourself busy with, and you never feel too far away from your stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were attentive and answered the phone straight away if there were any issues (e.g. we ran out of towels and they were stocked up within half an hour). The price was really really good considering the facilities (THE COPPER BATH!!) however, we did get the room mid week so it definitely felt like more of a steal.

The room is stunning, perfect location and the room is not only beautiful but is pristine. In a perfect location and the use of the health club is a bonus as the spa is lovely. Will definitely stay here again, the cosiest room!

I absolutely loved staying here everything about this place was amazing, close to shops bars and restaurants, and a easy walk to lake Windermere, the complimentary procceco was an added bonus, quality of the bedding, towels were also top quality I had a lovely stay thank you I will be returning

I really enjoyed my stay at the guest house, the bed and pillows were extremely comfy, the interior was gorgeous and of course the bath was an added bonus! Also the complimentary Prosecco went down a treat!

I’m only 5 foot so I don’t need much space so it was perfect for me but if you were a larger person you might find the room a little short on space particularly the bathroom sink which is adorable but teeny tiny

Set right in the centre of everything, comfortable bed, stunning bath tub- Netflix on an enormous tv If I could move in I would 😂 it’s obviously had a lot of money spent on it and they have made it incredibly beautiful and very stylish

Really pretty room with a comfy bed and great facilities including a luxurious bath tub, large wide screen tv and lovely rain shower. Great location near to village bars, restaurants and station. Very nicely decorated - feels like a treat

The bathroom door doesn't provide much privacy.

Comfortable and stylish room that was very clean. Communication from the owners was excellent, with recommendations for places to go and for food/drink nearby. The location is great - close to shops and cafes/restaurants but not noisy. We didn't make use of the health club access, but this would have been a massive bonus if we were staying for longer.

The bathroom sliding door is to small for the frame not nice having a big gap. There is a green emergency light in the ceiling which can be annoying in the middle of the night. Because we where the first room, smokers stand out side the widow. The shower can be difficult to get out of as the handle is small to grip.

The room was lovely and one of the best ive stayed in it was well equipped. Very large TV and lovely shower. Location is right in the middle of town. Nice under the bed lights and groovy floor pattern.

Cleanliness was poor, not hot water. No signage for WiFi password. Had to send multiple messages to host.

We were very disappointed to find that the access to pool and facilities was located so far away from the property. We didn’t have a car so we were unable to use them. When booking this stay, the photos of the property make it look like it’s part of the accommodation and therefore it’s very misleading. We would probably have booked elsewhere if we’d known this.

Location near Main Street was great as we were on foot. The bath was nice.

A really, really bright, inescapable green LED fire alarm light lit up the room like daylight at night, so we couldn't sleep well at all. Could hear everything going on in the hallway clearly, with coming and going at night, didn't feel very private Tiny sink, and the toilet roll holder fell off the wall.

The bath was fantastic, and the shower was amazing. Nice tea and coffee with kettle. Great location

announced slippers, iron and hairdryer were missing. Spa use from the gym nearby: Mold on ceiling, worn out showers, has seen better days. Room very, very small, to smal for a wardorbe or garderobe, no hock for towels... description exaggeratedly good, sink (see photo) teeny tiny like nutshell, unsuitable for brushing teeth or shaving. We prefer real people instead of digital communication.

Questions were answered quickly by email. Clean, good location; THANK YOU FOR NOT USING NESTLE PRODUCTS. Bathtub lovely.

Bathroom door, paid extra for partners birthday but wasn’t worth the money I paid. Also the write up said that it’s close to the arena but it’s a taxi ride away not walking distance.
