The breakfast was a little chaotic, but my wife enjoyed her gluten free breakfast. The staff were friendly, but did struggle to keep up, with things like bowls, cutlery, mugs running out. On the whole, though, it was a decent breakfast.

According to hotels WiFi never works for secure laptops , I never have this issue with other hotels , it’s not only this hotel, most Accor ones have this problem

All the dislikes/improvement areas are inside the room. It is fairly modern so the minimalistic style was expected. However the lack of electric sockets particularly near the bedside was a major downside. Then there is the shower, looks great but not practical and not elderly friendly (May be it was the double/twin room that lacks these safety elements). We requested a nonslip shower mat from reception but they didn’t have one available for the first 2 nights. Outside the room, 2 things we find it a little annoying. Check in was a little bit chaotic for us, we arrived when 2 large groups showed up. Since the minimalistic reception means lack of desk area, it is right at the entrance between the bar/dinning area, the front entrance area was packed. Guest were not able to enter via the entrance (that rotisserie door took up a lot of space for no good reasons, and it doesn’t work half the time, require pushing). If you arrive by car/taxi, there is no drop off area in front of the hotel. Unlike the nearby hotels Primer Inn, Travel lodge and Hamptons, ibis style is the only hotel where drivers need to figure out where to load/unload passengers and luggages in the most convenient way without getting in the way of pedestrians and a bus lane.

The higher end of Ibis hotel. Very modern decor, with reference to films related to the history of the hotel location. This is throughout the hotel including the rooms and furnitures. Very reasonable price for its location, 10-15 mins walk towards Ealing Broadway shopping centre, and the underground station is another 10 mins away with great connections. The staffs were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast selection was great (range of hams, avocado paste and fresh fruit) despite it being continental breakfast. A great selection of tea bags as well.

the reception wasn't really a reception, and just a lady on a laptop at the bar, and she seemed a bit bothered, yes it was 23:00 at night but even so.

the room was done to a fantastic standard, very clean, spacious with everything you need. Even a desk if i had wanted to get some work done. felt luxury.

There can be more lighting in the room. It's quite dark in the room.

One aspect that stood out was the attentiveness of the hotel staff. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and they are friendly.

Good hotel. This was my 2nd time there. Staffs are good and helpful. Mr. Temim is very helpful gentleman. During my stay both times he was able to accommodate the early check in for me.
