Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Up to usual Ibis Standards : simple but highly functional and clean . Was offered a choice of floor and chose high ( 6th ) , and room offered an excellent view of the Bridge ( and its passing Trams) ,with the ‘iconic’ Park Hill Estate behind ….loved it ; you don’t get that type of view in a ‘posh’ hotel .

United Kingdom--No grocery stores nearby, but not a deal breaker. --Bins were not lined which meant rubbish had to be thrown directly into the bin --More tea bags should be provided as a default and some coffee whiteners would be helpful (But staff were more than happy to provide these on request). --The bedside lamp cords are too long (risk of accidental strangulation) --Power socket on just one side of the bed --Toilet brush would have been good to provide
--Comfortable beds and pillows --Clean room exactly as in the pictures! --Good view (could see the Trams go by in the distance) --Located 10 minutes walk away from the train station --The prices for to-order food was reasonable (although we didn't try it) --The reception staff were friendly and check in and check out processes were smooth --Loved the modern look of the room --Shower was well sized with good water pressure and good hot water I would definitely stay here again!

United KingdomThe hotel was only a necessity because of the National Rail Strikes over the weekend and was booked at last minute. I'm not sure whether hotel prices for the City, as a whole, rose due to there being a "captive" market or whether they are a reflection of Sheffield's popularity.
Hotel was close enough to the city centre but a good walk to the Uni where the Gig was. But this wasn't an issue.
