The TV remote didn't work (had no batteries?). All the rest was fine.

The rooms were cozy, warm, with plenty of space to work, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to eat "in". Plus: breakfast options were amazing.

checking out Wished we could have spent another night.

We were well received by the front office. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was on the 17th floor with lovely city views. We had a gourmet dinner in their outstanding Laureate Restaurant..Our waitress was an exceptional waitress called Steph. She could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our late night meal. She even went out of her way to describe the different types of hummus we had with our food... I am a hotelier myself and would be proud to have staff half as pleasant as Steph. Unfortunately she finished her shift before we could tip and thank her for her outstanding service.. No disregard to the rest of staff that served us, they were all very pleasant . We will definitely be back whenever we have business in Manchester.

Clean, great facilities and attention to detail in the rooms - nespresso machine and coffee pods, lovely toiletries and warm, comfy bedding. Spacious and in a nice quiet location just under 10 min walk from the city centre. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast too.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the room gave us more than enough amenities. The breakfast that was included was an all you can eat and it was all delicious, there was so much to choose from and they catered for lots of different needs such as Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarians and vegans!

I can’t think if anything.

It was where I wanted to be staying and everything was really comfortable with a good shower. Bottles of wash products. If I was staying for longer in the future I would have made more use of the kitchen area. It was very nice to be able to make a cup of tea with my normal milk stired in a fridge.

My friend and I had a great stay at Hyatt House. Staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our whole trip. Our room was lovely and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. I'm not a fan of buffet breakfast as they tend to be luke warm and I like my food and plate hot.
