Incredible Guest house in a village only a mile and a half from Burnley. The interior is gorgeous, sympathetically furnished to the historic origins of the building. It is almost a destination in itself! Plus there is a lovely walk up to the reservoir from the door, and plenty of places to eat a short drive away. The hosts were perfect, the breakfast delicious and the china bone! What more could you ask for except a goal.

Lovely location near where I grew up, the hosts are very friendly and attentive, they recommended a good place to eat nearby, good local knowledge, and the breakfast was just right. The accommodation was wonderfully decorated and there were lots of nice touches in the room. Strongly recommend

David and Mark , the hosts of Hurstwood Hall , were very welcoming and friendly. The room I stayed in; was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very quiet. The breakfast choice was very extensive and the food was delicious.

From the very first steps in through the grand entrance into Hurstwood hall myself and my partner were blown away. David and Mark welcomed us both with open arms and showed us to our beautiful room . From the outstanding quality furnishings and decor to the wonderfully inviting king size bed. We were presented with a room full of thought and passion, fine details that mean so much ...like the cotton ball for the guest who maybe wishes to remove her makeup to the tasteful coffee saches with carefully placed china cups and sugar bowl . There is a real love installed into every part of this guest house and as you enter you can feel it oozes with pleasing comfort. A relaxing atmospheric experience topped off with a delicious breakfast and a heartfelt farewell. All in all a fantastic stay . You enter as strangers and leave as friends for sure .

Perfect place to stay, exceptional standard of service. Beautiful guest house in a lovely location. Stunning guest house, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean throughout. Beds and room extremely comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and plentiful. The hosts were both very warm and welcoming, and could not do enough to help and make our stay perfect. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We will definitely be returning.
