The lodge holds 6 people yet there were only 3 wine glasses. Only half the jets worked in the hot tub. We had no bedding or towels for the 5th guest who was on the sofa bed.

location was great, nice and quiet setting. Lodge was perfectly clean, couldn't fault it. Really warm too, given the cold weather outside! Even though we didn't have towels and bedding for the 5th guest as soon as I asked, I got them.

Only two chairs on the decking and table for four despite lodge sleeping six. No mop for the decking.

Lovely overnight stay with friends. Reception staff were super helpful and facilitated an early check in. The lodge itself was well maintained but disappointed to find no plastic glasses for the hot tub despite it stating on the website that there would be. Also TV screen hadn't been cleaned, it looked like perhaps a bottle of prosecco had been opened over it! Glass front door hadn't been cleaned either but hot tub, fixtures and fittings were spotless. Recommend JJ's Bar & Kitchen, we had both lunch and breakfast there, staff very friendly and food delicious.

The hot tub. When we lifted the lid on the hot tub we were disappointed in the cleanliness of it. There were scummy brown dirt all round the sides. We had to clean it before we could get in.

the beds were uncomfortable for my liking but I’m used to a memory foam mattress at home. still managed to get a good nights sleep.

The lodge was within a beautiful setting. it was immaculately clean and tidy and the kitchen was really well equipped. everything was set up and easy to use. really good value for such a lovely place. so impressed and will definitely be staying again.

I was disappointed with the park should have done my research before visiting there wasn't anything other than walks for the children. I was expecting a park and club house. Couldn't find anything in walking distance neither. The site its self was very quiet and relaxed and would have been perfect for just myself but not ideal for the children. I didn't see any other children on site at the time neither. However the lodge itself was amazing but We booked for five but only enough bedding and towels for 4. Quite pricey for one night we couldn't check in until 4pm and had to be out for 10. Also had to pay 35 cleaning fee but then had to strip beds, get rid of rubbish and clean before we left anyway

The lodge itself was beautiful very modern and clean. The rooms were perfect and it was so cosy even had Netflix which we was happy about and the hot tub was a bonus it was lovely. Although instructions would have been helpful as we've never used one before. Overall we had a really good night would love to visit again when we're looking at an adult break unfortunately wouldn't book for a family break

The hot tub is fab!! The lodge has everything you need for a weekend break and there is lots to do in the area!! The water park down the road is great and there is also a gliding club near by too! Lots of lovely restaurants close by and JJ’s does amazing food and cocktails!!
