Perfect location. Easy walking distance to the docks, city centre, The Cavern Club, Mersey ferries. Locked car parking. Very comfortable apartment for long or short stay.

If I could mention one thing, I would say that the apartment is not catered with a lift which would be needed especially with luggage.

We appreciate the timely response for our queries by the staff. Moreover, the apartment is spacious and kept very well cleaned and maintained.

Lovely clean apartment,very close to all the sights and shopping in Liverpool. Plenty of room for 5 friends. Fully equipped . Safe free garage to park you car. We are planning a return trip next year and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment .

Bit noisy in the main room until very late on Friday night. Could do with better sound insulation. Lockbox clear button was a bit stiff and caused everyone who used it a problem. I expect easily solved.

Almost everything. Comfy beds. Good supply of hot water. Nice kitchen. Location very convenient for central Liverpool shopping and entertainment. Good guidebook and clear information. Generally a very nice set of rooms.

Couldn't get tv to work. 8 of us stayed in the apartment for 2 nights so there was quite a bit of rubbish but nowhere to empty the bin. It states in the welcome pack to maybe take your rubbish home with you but we were on the train. Couldn't find the bins to dispose of it. Yes we did look. But couldn't find it

The apartment was very clean and accommodated 8 of us sufficiently. Location very central. Apartment was well equipped but couldn't get the tv to work.

We missed having a dishwasher, we cook in the property. It is not a major issue, everything else was perfect.

I liked the comfort and security of the apartment, the closeness to the M & S Arena and the city center. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. It also had a really nice balcony, if the weather was nicer it would have been lovely to sit out. Very quiet apartment, bedrooms are at the back into a courtyard therefore it was very quiet.

Early check out time! 10 am too early especially on a weekend break. Having to access information on the mobile. Would have been nice to get a welcome pack on arrival. The information link didn't work on phone so had to phone the company several times to ask how to get into the garage. There is no lift so for older people it's quite a haul carrying suitcase and provisions up two flights of stairs for flat 4.

Clean and warm. Balcony with two comfy seats. Well equipped kitchen but bring own milk. Coffee and tea supplies, sugar. Plenty of bedding, pillows and towels. Bring own toiletries especially if staying longer than one night and extra toilet rolls and tissues for longer stays

The water did not stay hot, so it was impossible to have a hot shower. The towel rail was constantly on with no off switch in the bathroom. Only one of the windows in the small bedroom opened, all others in the apartment had been painted shut. The apartment had a terrible Wi-Fi signal scrambling the TV channels
