A bit cold on arrival and took a while to warm the apartment up

Not much to say- we travelled off season so I know that if it was busier we would have had the breakfast delivered to our door. One thing would be to have a bit more storage for clothing, and a little storage in the bathroom.

The design of the room is absolutely on point! The room has wonderful details. The bed is amazing…so comfortable! The location is great and was a plus that the restaurant was opened our first night there, our meal and wine selection was very good. Was a bit disappointing to not try more on the menu! The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot not far away, very convenient.

The car park situation was a little awkward in terms of collecting the fob and it not working during check in but it was fine after that in all fairness.

The style and facilities of the room were amazing, very spacious with everything that was needed during our stay. The location the hotel was in was also bonus!

Fantastic place, such nice interior. Super close to the harbour, restaurants and shops perfect for a relaxing stay in st Ives. The Host was so friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was such a nice touch with pastries from the bakery freshly delivered to the door on a morning.

The suite was fantastic. Cozy, comfortable and classy with fine quality fixtures and fittings. The bed was by far the best we have slept in. The owner and all staff were great. Breakfast, food and service in the restaurant high quality. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We were really impressed with this property. It is centrally located, spotlessly clean. and styled beautifully. The owners really take great pride in their business and it shows. The lounge bar downstairs serves delicious food. Our host was extremely welcoming.

We were made to feel so welcome by Rassie and the team. Nothing was too much trouble. The Library Suite that we stayed in was wonderful, the decor with attention to details was so unexpected. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom amazing. We ate downstairs in the bar/bistro, again staff very attentive and the food excellent. Breakfast was lovely, well presented and good choice. Will be visiting again, felt we'd been with friends. Thank you to all at HOST!!!!!!

Although there were a couple of things which could have gone better, it would be unfair to mention them. They weren't important when set against the rest of the stay.

The room was fabulous, very large and with a small outside deck. It was equipped with everything we needed including a sofa, television and coffee machine. Every piece of furniture and soft furnishing had been chosen. The people in the hotel were kind and courteous, the food was good, and you just must try the orange gin!

Beautiful room (Terrace Suite) with excellent, luxurious features, one of the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in, so much attention to detail! Breakfast was very good and the owner was really friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again one day.

Stunning apartment in the heart of St Ives. Host was excellent and provided all the relevant information. Comfortable bed, bathroom was amazing! Overall excellent stay and look forward to returning!

The room is on the corner of a busy street so quite noisy. However very good for people watching...

Breakfast was very nice, served to the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was exquisite.

Due to location on road quite noisy in the morning. Sofa had a few stains which didn’t fit the standard of the room.

The host was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything went well. The apartment was beautiful with so many thoughtful touches. Sky TV was appreciated so we could watch the men’s final at Wimbledon. We had the terrace suite which enabled us to sit outside in the sun. We also enjoyed the breakfast delivered to the door each morning and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The downstairs restaurant is very good and well worth booking for a meal.
